Academic procrastination is the irrational delay of students' learning tasks that should be completed, including the beginning and delaying of learning tasks and the completion of learning tasks.Academic procrastination is a very common phenomenon. It will not only affect the quality of students' learning tasks, but also cause individual anxiety.Previous studies on academic procrastination mostly stay on the relationship between procrastination and its influence variables, and the study of academic procrastination under the systematic theoretical framework remains to be deepened. This study uses the theory of planned behavior to analyze the influence factors of Academic Procrastination of college students. This theory holds that individual behavior is directly influenced by individual behavior intention, and behavioral intention is also affected by behavior attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control.Based on the relevant literature, this study improves the theory model of planned behavior by introducing self efficacy, and improves the variables of the theoretical model through the research method of personal interview. The information source of questionnaire design is supported by existing literature, theory of planned behavior and personal interview data.A total of 100 copies of the initial questionnaire were issued, with the help of CITC value to modify the items.A total of 338 valid questionnaires were collected by the formal questionnaire. The Baja coefficient of Kron was above 0.7,and the KMO and Bartlett spherical tests were used to prove that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. In the empirical study of College Students' academic procrastination,a descriptive analysis of the variables of each dimension is carried out,and the existence of the independent sample T test and the single factor variance analysis on the academic procrastination of the College Students. The difference was analyzed and explained;in order to verify the hypothesis, the study used SPSS to detect and analyze the five variables of academic procrastination attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, behavioral intention and procrastination. In this study, the following conclusions are drawn: 12.3% of the college students are severe procrastinators;14.2% of the surveyed students think that their procrastination is more serious;15.5% of the subjects think that procrastination has a negative impact on themselves;boys are more likely to delay than girls;and polytechnic college students tend to procrastinate compared to other majors. The students in the first and second grade were more likely to delay their studies than those in the other grades;the students were less affected by the influence of others' behavior and expectation, and the perceived behavior control was the most important factor affecting the academic procrastination of college students. In addition, this study also proves that college students' academic procrastination has a significant impact on behavior intention and its influencing factors. Therefore, college students can improve their academic procrastination by correcting their learning attitude in time, resisting interference from others, and improving their self-control and control ability. And college administrators can intervene in academic procrastination by enhancing student management and improving college students' self-efficacy.
