In recent years,with a new round of education reform,the specific direction of the curriculum resources and how to develop and use it have received extensive attention.Educators generally realize that curriculum resources should be rich and varied,and at the same time,they should be closely related to students' real life.They should be consistent with their own cognition and help students develop in their own area.The new curriculum standard also puts forward to widen the participants of education and education.These educational participants are not only teachers and students,but also other indirect social participants in the student education,such as students,parents,etc.At the same time,we need to enhance the consciousness of the direct participants and leaders in the process of education and teaching,and cultivate the ability of all levels of education units and staff to excavate and utilize local curriculum resources reasonably and effectively.Physics is a discipline that comes from life and finally returns to life.Its discipline characteristics require that physics curriculum resources can't be confined to schools,teachers and textbooks.The resources of middle school physics curriculum should come from the life of middle school students.Therefore,it is necessary to develop and utilize the more extensive curriculum resources from middle school students in the course of Physics Teaching in middle school.Liangshan Yi area is mainly inhabited areas,ethnic minority areas in Liangshan area as blocking traffic,economic backwardness,regional culture with the developed area,there is a big difference,resulting in ethnic areas lag behind the level of education,curriculum resources in relatively developed areas is very scarce,and the difference also existed and developed area students' cognition.Therefore,in order to adapt to the existing cognition of local students in Liangshan area,improve the interest of students in ethnic areas,improve the quality of education in ethnic areas,and make education level in ethnic areas reach the new curriculum requirements,it is an important responsibility of educators in ethnic minority areas.Therefore,taking a minority area as an example,it is very necessary to study the effective method of developing and utilizing the physics curriculum resources in local high schools in ethnic minority areas.From the requirements of the new curriculum standards,the characteristics of the physics disciplines,and the actual education needs of the ethnic regions,the author uses the literature method to review,research,and collate information on the development and utilization of curriculum resources and the core concepts and theoretical basis for the development and utilization of curriculum resources.to sum up.Through field investigation and questionnaire surveys and interviews,the current situation of the development and utilization of middle school physics curriculum resources and physics curriculum resources in Xichang City,Liangshan Prefecture was studied.It was found that local physics curriculum resources that can be exploited and used in ethnic areas are quite rich,but ethnic Regional physics teacher education is generally low,teachers have a limited understanding of the concept of curriculum resources,awareness of the development and utilization of curriculum resources are weak,they also need to improve the curriculum resources and development and utilization of high school physics,for the development and utilization of secondary school physics curriculum resources in ethnic regions.The relevant issues,and combined with these issues to carry out actual investigations and theoretical studies,summed up how to according to the characteristics of Xi students in Xichang area,to develop and use the principles and strategies of physics curriculum resources in Xichang proposed practical advice.Finally,guided by the principles and strategies proposed in the article,the solar energy resources,the Dai pole culture,and the Dais' kin as the local physics resources for development and utilization were used to design solar energy,atmospheric pressure,and sound characteristics.And through leading students to visit the Xichang Satellite Launch Base,an extracurricular activity to understand the momentum theorem was designed.It is hoped that this study can stimulate the awareness of the development and utilization of local curriculum resources in Liangshan Prefecture and provide theoretical guidance for the development and utilization of physics curriculum resources in other ethnic regions similar to Liangshan Prefecture.
