With the deepening of the concept of quality education,the requirements of education and teaching are closely related to the improvement of students' comprehensive ability.High school education is an important stage of basic education.Cultivating students' autonomous learning ability plays an important role in the formation of knowledge and ability of high school students,which also helps to establish good learning habits for students' lifelong development.Literature research and investigation method are mainly used in this paper.On the basis of consulting a large number of related literature at home and abroad,combining with analysis of survey results in the practice school political lesson learning for students,the author understands that there are some problems in high school students,such as lack of motivation,unreasonable use of learning strategies and low efficiency in classroom learning.At the same time,the author also learns that the political teachers are lack of renewal of educational philosophy in the process of teaching,the teaching mode is too rigid,too much emphasis on rote learning of knowledge and mechanical training,making students lack self-exploration and cooperative learning in the course of political class.Aiming at the problems faced by high school students in the course of ideological and political education,cultivating students' autonomous learning ability in the education research field is not only conducive to improving students' learning efficiency,but also provides a scientific and effective teaching method for teachers' teaching.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part mainly discusses the background,purpose and significance of autonomous learning research,and summarizes the research situation of independent learning at home and abroad;The second part introduces the concepts,characteristics and internal and external factors of independent learning;In the third part,combining with the investigation of Chengdu Experimental Foreign Languages School,the author makes a research on the ideological and political course for students' learning and teachers' teaching in the respective problems,analyzes the causes of the problems,providing a reference for the further study of effective strategies for independent learning;In the fourth part,aiming at the cause of the problem,we study the teaching methods and evaluation system of improving students' autonomous learning ability inpolitical classroom teaching.Before the class,teachers can learn independently by learning the task order and learning the student's teaching plan independently;in the class,teachers skillfully use situation introduction method and cooperative inquiry method to organize student discussion in class as a collaborator,and cultivate students' awareness of independent cooperation and exploration;after the class,the independent learning evaluation form of teacher reference is used to evaluate students' independent learning behaviors,so as to monitor students' independent learning.
