Based on the experience of participating in ideological and political science in the course of learning,the author finds out that the study of teachers ' interview and systematic literature can help to enrich teachers ' academic knowledge through teaching and research observation,teacher interview and systematic literature research.but also can promote the teacher ' s research on the students,improve the teacher ' s professional skills from " teaching ";It can not only promote the teacher ' s initiative to study the relevant theoretical knowledge of the education teaching,but also accelerate the teacher ' s role transformation;but also promote self-reflection in teacher ' s practice,and realize self-improvement of individual teacher ' s growth;The study and communication between teachers can promote the improvement of teachers ' collective professional quality.In the study of the subject,the author finds that there are many problems in the form of class,such as the phenomenon of " modelling " in the form of class,the phenomenon of " flow form ";To talk about " two skins " in class and class before class;On the content of " teaching " light " learning ",the analysis of learning is not in place;The problem consciousness and the self-reflection consciousness are weak and the evaluation subject of the course is single and so on.According to the above-mentioned problems and the cause analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions : to say that the course is to return to teaching and research,and in practice we need a real lesson;It is said that the teaching concept of the teacher of the course is localized,and the students are concerned with the professional emotion;creative integration of subject matter From the understanding reader of the textbook to the integrator of resources;emphasizing reflection and viewing the lesson as the platform for improving the quality of ideological and political teachers;paying attention to the relationship between saying lessons and classroom teaching;advocating the diversification of the subject of evaluation.
