The secondary vocational education is the transition period from school to society for students,when the students' physiology and mentality are at a special development stage and they are prone to appear all kinds of psychological problems,it is very important to correctly guide and rationally solve these problems for psychological health education.Mental health education is the educational activity of implement and organization of the curriculum according to the characteristics of students' development,and is the most important and effective way to promote the development of students' mental health.Psychological capital is one of the core areas of positive psychology movement,which explores the positive mental state of people,focusing on exploring self-efficacy,resilience,hope and optimism.Introducing the psychological capital into the mental health education of secondary vocational school can inject new vitality into the development of students' mental health.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a mental health education course to meet the needs of students' development and social needs,so as to promote the smooth implement of education curriculum and healthy development of students' mentality.This thesis firstly elaborates the research background,significance,research ideas and methods,as well as the relevant theories of psychological capital and mental health education,which lays the theoretical foundation for the following.Secondly,this paper analyzes and problems of mental health education of secondary vocational school.Students have learning mental health problems such as low self-evaluation and low learning motivation;emotional mental problems such as emotional volatility and early love confusion;interpersonal problems such as self-centeredness,tension with parents and classmates.There are some problems such as the inadequate education mechanism,the misunderstanding of education in mental health,and the unreasonable curriculum setting in the mental health education.Moreover,through the statistical analysis of questionnaire in Zhengzhou vocational collage of finance and taxation,the 322 valid questionnaires are analyzed by SPSS21.0,and the psychological capital and mental health status of the secondary vocational students are obtained.Finally,on the basis of related research theory,the concept of psychological capital is introduced into the curriculum development of mental health education of secondary vocational school;the influence factors of curriculum development,principle,curriculum development model,implementing procedure on mental health education are explored.The impeding procedure includes five dimensions: situation analysis from demand assessment,resource investigation and problem reflection;Identification of development goals from self-efficacy,hope,capriciousness and optimism as the key development tasks in each grade,establishment of the stage goals for each grade;determination of the development content which applies the specific content of the four dimensions of psychological capital factors to the teaching of the third grade stage;implementation of the course organization which means that the four dimensions of psychological capital are implemented through the introduction,transformation,sublimation and completion,and a related lesson is designed;course evaluation whose goal is to achieve comprehensive evaluation,process of evaluation and diversity of evaluation subjects.This thesis provides some suggestions to guarantee the mental health education curriculum development strategy.The all-around and multi-level cooperation of the society should be encouraged.A society-school-family three-way union safeguard mechanism should be established.School,teachers,and parents actively encourage,accept and practice it.A multi-level dynamic curriculum evaluation mechanism should be established.
