The Application Of ABC Theory In The Intervention Of Individuals' Soul Comfort Cases

Parents of only-child parents have made great contributions to the population,environment and resources of China and the world in response to the national policy of family planning.However,various studies have shown that the one-child family is a risk family.Once the only child is killed accidentally,the lonely parent will be the one.The direct bearer of the cruel consequences,especially the mother who lost her independence.At this stage,the number of mothers who have lost their independence is increasing,which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.China's family is deeply influenced by the “magnificence of people,prosperity,and incense”.The status quo of spiritual life is not optimistic and the pain of bereavement is hard to calm down.Therefore,they need professional guidance and spiritual comfort.In this paper,Alice's ABC theory is used as a theoretical guide.The author seeks the lonely mother who is deeply troubled by the lack of independence as a service object in the L community of the internship,and uses the literature research method and semi-structured interview method to carry out a case study of the spiritual status of the mother Work involves practical research.The entire case service is divided into 5 phases,the relationship between the case and the case,the data collation and estimation of the case,the plan,the implementation plan and the review.Before accepting the case,the author learned about the basic situation of the case from the owner's support network.At the interview stage,the author signed a contract with the owner and initially established a professional relationship;during the estimation stage,the author's current problems and causes Conduct induction and analysis.Based on the first two phases,the author found that the owner had a one-sided and radical belief in the perception of the environment and self.Therefore,in the formulation of the plan,ABC theory was used as a guide to design 10 intervention activities,mainly using maternity techniques and reasonable emotions.Imagination techniques,REBT self-help forms,movie watching,and knowledge dissemination methods help the client change unreasonable beliefs and form reasonable beliefs.And reconstruct the social support network of the victim's family,neighbors,and community to consolidate the spiritual and consolatory service effect.In the case service,the author used ABC theory as a guide and applied professional social work methods and techniques.He found that the owner gradually relieved the results of the lack of independence,the role of the social support network gradually played,the quality of life increased significantly,and the case service was acquired.Good results.
