At present,along with the economic basis accumulated by China's reform and opening up,the field of compulsory education has achieved remarkable results,but there are also imbalances in educational resources,which to some extent restrict the development process of China's educational modernization.As a populous country and a big country in agriculture,China's education plays a leading,overall,and fundamental role in the development of economic cooperation.The "county-based" compulsory education system makes education development in the county area particularly important.As a province with a large population and a large agricultural province,Henan Province has assumed the important task of economic development.In particular,compulsory education in rural areas is more important.By investigating and analyzing the balanced allocation of rural teachers in Q county in Henan Province,the author found that the county attaches great importance to compulsory education and also attaches great importance to the allocation of rural teachers.However,there are still phenomena such as the excessive loss of teachers in rural areas and the unbalanced structure of teachers.It needs to be resolved and improved.The balanced allocation of teachers in rural compulsory education discussed in this paper,with points and areas,has a certain significance in promoting the balanced development of rural compulsory education in China.This article starts with the status of the allocation of teachers in compulsory education in rural areas of Q county in Henan Province.Through investigation,it analyzes the reasons for the unbalanced allocation of teachers in compulsory education,draws lessons from relevant domestic and foreign experiences,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the balanced allocation of teacher resources.The contents include: First,the status of research at home and abroad is briefly introduced,and the research content and research methods of this article are introduced;Secondly,the core concepts and theoretical basis for the balanced allocation of teachers in rural compulsory education are defined and elaborated;Thirdly,Through the collection of data,questionnaires,and in-depth interviews,the status of teachers' allocation in rural compulsory education in county areas was analyzed;Fourth,focused on describing and analyzing the existing imbalances,analyzed the reasons for unbalanced allocation of rural compulsory education teachers,and proposed the realization of rural obligations.Efforts should be made to allocate high-quality and balanced education teachers' suggestions,such as increasing funding for rural teachers and improving the treatment of rural teachers;strengthening teacher training in rural areas and raising the level of rural teachers;improving rural teacher recruitment mechanisms and optimizing the structure of rural teachers,and so on.
