Research On The Analysis And Cultivation Of Educational Technology Capability Of Art College Teachers

With the progress of education,more and more universities pay more attention to the cultivation of teacher's ability,especially the cultivation of educational technical ability,which is the essential quality of university teachers.Because of their own characteristics,teachers 'educational technical ability is not uniform,which is also a common problem in universities.The level of teachers' educational technical ability directly restricts the long-term development of universities.And propose the specific culture strategy.Hebei Institute of Media is a private art college in Hebei Province.Currently,there are about 15,000 students enrolled.Since its establishment 17 years ago,Hebei Institute of Media has trained more than 20,000 graduates.Some batch after batch of outstanding students have gone out of school and have become socially active.At home and abroad media,performing arts,press and publication,teaching,research and other fields.Taking Hebei school of media as an example,this paper constructs a framework of school-based training based on this strategy,and implements the training and training of teachers in cooperation with the teacher development center of Hebei school of media,and finally makes a follow-up analysis and summary of the results.This paper carries out practical research with the method of case study and questionnaire,and the methods summarized are of general significance in art colleges.
