In modern society, occupation has become an important part of most people's life.Occupational well-being has even determined happiness in life. For workers, when the greater the sense of professional well-being,the stronger the professional energy, the recognition of self-employment roles, the degree of effort, the recognition of commitment, and the realization of self-worth will reach a new height. For the enterprise, improving the worker's professional happiness can overcome the job burnout, improve the work enthusiasm and work performance, and create more value for the enterprise. As the country with the largest population of 1.4 billion people, laborers account for about 60%.How to effectively improve the level of professional well-being of workers has very important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the survey data of the China Labor Dynamic Survey(CLDS)in 2014,according to the measurement indicators of occupational well-being,the exploratory potential category analysis(LCA)was used to classify workers into different levels of occupational well-being groups.By means of descriptive statistics and analysis of differences, the state of occupational well-being of workers in the whole sample, different types of occupations, and different regions is studied, and the Ordered-probit model is established from a microscopic perspective, with a view to occupational well-being of workers(employees). In order to study the goals, the effects of three dimensions, including the work resource characteristics, individual resource characteristics, and personal-organization fit,on the occupational well-being of workers were considered, which revealed the main influence on the occupational well-being of workers. The factors and impact sizes were compared, and the differences in occupational well-being among different occupational types and workers in different regions were compared and analyzed. The following conclusions were drawn:First, the older the workers are,the lower the level of professional well-being tends to be;the higher the academic qualifications of the workers, the higher the level of professional well-being;the level of occupational well-being of non-agricultural hukou workers is higher than that of agricultural hukou workers.Unmarried workers have higher levels of occupational well-being than married workers.Second, mental workers have the highest level of overall job satisfaction and occupational well-being,and they are most willing to choose to continue their work;physical workers have the lowest level of professional well-being and are most likely to choose to leave.Third, the level of occupational well-being of workers in the eastern region is higher than that of the central and western regions, but the most inclined to choose to leave, while workers in the western region are most willing to choose to continue their work.Fourth, the increase in the age of workers, the longer working hours and the presence of overtime work will reduce the level of occupational well-being.The higher the social capital, the higher the frequency of use of the Internet, and the greater the support of the organization, the more helpful it is to improve the level of happiness.Part of the laborer's autonomy in deciding the progress of his work contributes to the improvement of the level of professional well-being,but when he decides his work schedule completely, the level of his professional well-being drops significantly. The higher the worker's satisfaction with work partners, salary, and job promotion opportunities, the higher the level of professional well-being.Fifth,the improvement of the level of occupational well-being of manual workers is most severely affected by the pessimism of daily life.Sixth, the impact of the use of the Internet on the occupational well-being of workers in the eastern region is relatively slow, and the impact on the central and western regions is more volatile.
