In today's basic education reform,more and more attention has been paid to the development and utilization of course resources.The rich and in-depth exploration of course resources plays an important role in the development of subject teaching,especially in history.The central plains is rich in culture,Full exploration of Henan's rich local history resources,as a part of junior middle school history curriculum resources,It can better correspond with the history textbook,shorten the distance between time and space between students and history,and improve students' interest in history class.This paper focuses on the application of local history resources in junior middle school history teaching in Henan province,and develops with the following logic:First,the paper demonstrates the necessity and rationality of using local history resources in history teaching.According to the characteristics and needs of history teaching in junior high school,the resources of local history in Henan were systematically sorted out.Under the five categories of text materials,historical relics,intangible cultural heritage,historical celebrities in central plains,and online resources,the important contents of local history resources in Henan province are described in detail,laying a solid foundation for the practical exploration of the application of Henan local history resources in junior middle school history teaching below.Secondly,the paper conducts a questionnaire survey on 180 students in X middle school of Zhengzhou city and interviews with 12 teachers and students.The results show that X middle school of Zhengzhou city has the following deficiencies in the use of local history resources in history teaching: Teachers and students are biased against the subject and minor subject.The local history knowledge reserve of history teacher is insufficient;History teachers have insufficient application breadth and depth of local history resources.Students' participation in local history courses is not high.The history comprehensive practice course is insufficient.The following reasons are summarized as follows: Henan local history knowledge reserve of history teacher is insufficient;The school does not provide enough support for the learning activities of local history resources and the education department does not provide enough support and supervision for the curriculum of local history.At last,the paper carefully sorted out the local history resources of Henan involved in the history textbook,and clearly described relevant knowledge points.On this basis,it proposed the specific application ways of local history resources of Henan in the history teaching of junior high school: new course introduction,stimulating learning interest;Interspersed in class to expand knowledge width;The questions presented local history knowledge,which attracted the attention of education.Participate in club activities to improve historical literacy;Participate in historical research and pay attention to historical learning methods;Tracing historical footprints and experiencing cultural feelings;Hold a history and culture festival to improve historical literacy.
