Home school cooperation has been a hot topic in the international education field.As early as the late nineteenth Century and early twentieth Century,foreign scholars paid close attention to and studied family school cooperation.Nowadays,with the more democratic management of schools,home-school cooperation has been paid more and more attention by the domestic educational circles.Good home school cooperation can help children develop healthfully and comprehensively.Boarding schools need more effective home school cooperation because their management mechanisms are different from those of ordinary schools.Junior middle school students need more attention from the two aspects of school and family because of their laws of physical and mental development.Therefore,home school cooperation is very important in boarding junior high schools.However,the research and practice of school cooperation in our country started late.The empirical research is too general and pointless,and the practice is not ideal.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to improve the study of home-school cooperation in boarding junior high schools,and to provide reference for the further development of home-school cooperation in such schools by finding out the characteristics,effectiveness,problems and Countermeasures of home-school cooperation.Taking Zheng s middle school as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation of cooperation in boarding junior high school by means of literature method,questionnaire survey and interview method.Through analyzing the present situation,it is found that there are the following main problems in cooperation in home school:the participants are not clear and the community is ignored.There is a lack of clear roles for the participating parties.The main manifestation is that parents are not fully aware of themselves and teachers 'roles in parental cooperation at home.Parents and teachers shirk each other's responsibilities and ignore the role of school management and community forces in home-school cooperation.Home school cooperation is not comprehensive.The cooperation method of home school is single and the cooperation frequency is low.The role of cooperative organization of home school is missing.In view of these problems in boarding junior high schools,the author analyzes the causes of these problems from the national,school,teacher,parent,community and other levels,and puts forward the following suggestions for the cooperation of home schools in such schools:To clarify the role of home school cooperation in participating in the subject.Specifically,the cooperation between home and school should pay attention to the equal cooperation between school,family and community;In home-school cooperation,the school should play a leading role,the family should play a subjective role,and the community should play a assisting role.(c)Strengthen the training of teachers and parents.We will improve the organization of cooperation between families and schools.The author suggests that parents 'committees should be developed and joint committees should be established.Adopt scientific home-school cooperation model.The regulation system of cooperation of healthy family school.
