42 type Tai Chi is one of the competitive martial arts routines.The balance movement is the difficulty movement and the high deduction rate movement in the athletics martial arts routine movement,the 42 type Tai Chi balance movement mainly has the lifting leg balance and the lifting knee balance.The body balance,flexibility and waist and abdomen strength of athletes have higher requirements.As an advanced training concept,the function training,in order to improve the body movement ability,Improving the quality of strength training provides a new training method and means.It emphasizes the ability of coordination and coordination between different parts of the body and muscles.It has a good training effect for the small muscle groups,ligaments and tendons around the joints,and can be effectively lifted.The strength level of athletes is high,the action specification of martial arts routine is improved,and the quality of action is improved.In this paper,the quality of balance movement of 42 type Tai Chi is studied by physical exercise function training.The methods of literature and experiment are mainly used in this paper.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the training of body movement function and the traditional martial arts training through improving the body sports ability.In order to provide a certain reference for the better development of physical motor function training in Wushu,this paper takes two classes in the Department of Folk Biography,College of physical Education,Shanxi normal University,as experimental objects,and randomly divides them into two classes: experimental group and control group.After 12 weeks of training,the experimental group carried out physical motor function training,while the control group received traditional martial arts training.Physical fitness test,data analysis before,middle and later period,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Compared with the traditional Wushu training,the result shows that the physical exercise function training is a kind of training method which can improve the physical quality quickly in a short time.(2)Through the comparison of the data found that after the experiment,the experimental group data were higher than the control group,the experimental group and the control group in support of Heli body antexion,1 minutes,1 minutes to sit up,with statistical difference.The comparison of the data on the wheel on the balance test of lower limb support Heli waist strength,1 minute sit ups,1 minutes back the wheel has significant difference.The body movement function training has a good effect on the development of physical quality training.(3)Physical motor function training has a good effect on the small muscles,ligaments and tendons of joints which affect the stability of the body.(4)After 12 weeks of training,the score of balance action of 42 type Taijiquan in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of completion was higher than that of the control group.Therefore,the physical exercise function training has a good training effect to improve the 42 type Tai Chi balance movement completion quality.
