In recent years,with the increasingly prominent shortage of professional and technical personnel in our country,how to solve the shortage of high-level technical personnel under the traditional education and training mode has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.This study concludes that the lack of Vocational and technical personnel in China has the characteristics of complexity,diversity,cross-cutting and changeability,a fundamental solution is school-enterprise cooperation.In spite of the strong promotion of social demand and macro-policy level,school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education in China shows the increasing number of school-enterprise cooperation and the rich characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation mode,but overall,the superficial,formal and symbolic defects are still very serious.The fundamental reason is that both schools and enterprises are unable to screen effective partners and cooperation modes.Therefore,this study chooses the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education as the starting point,and combines the current research situation,focuses on theoretical analysis and practical exploration of the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education from the construction and evaluation of the index system of school-enterprise cooperation effectiveness in higher vocational education.According to the specific research path,the paper can be divided into the following parts:The first part: research framework and theoretical basis,mainly including the origin,theoretical and practical significance,domestic and foreign achievements and current situation,the establishment of theoretical research basis and the description of the research process and research methods of this study;The second part: lead out the research object,clarify the related concepts of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education,summarize and summarize the school-enterprise cooperation modes of higher vocational education in developed countries such as the United States,Germany,Britain and so on,sort out the school-enterprise cooperation modes of higher vocational education in our country,and establish the target,process and result cognition of the higher vocational education mode in our country.The third part is to clarify the research object,clarify the relevant concepts of the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education,sort out the main manifestations of effectiveness,summarize the criteria of validity,and establish the factual basis for the follow-up index system construction.The fourth part constructs the evaluation model,and completes the construction of the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education according to the analysis idea of "constructing the evaluation index system-testing the evaluation index system-selecting the effectiveness evaluation method-constructing the effectiveness evaluation model".The fifth part: Empirical analysis.Taking Heilongjiang H University and its cooperative enterprises as the object of empirical analysis,this paper evaluates the effectiveness of the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education established in this study,and summarizes and reflects on the evaluation results.Part VI: Summary and Prospect of the full text,summarize the research conclusions of the paper,and prospects for the future development trend of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education.
