Higher vocational education has developed rapidly in recent years,and its role in education system is increasingly important.The comprehensive quality of students in higher vocational schools(hereinafter referred to as higher vocational students),especially the psychological quality,is more important to the state and society.So the mental health education in higher vocational education school(hereinafter referred to as the higher vocational colleges)in the education process is indispensable.However,as far as the current literature is concerned,there are many researches on education and mental health education respectively,and there is less research on the intersection of the two.Education of mental health in higher vocational colleges is mainly expounded from the macro level,but less from the micro level.The current research is based on the perspective of school,which is less from the perspective of higher vocational students.Based on the requirements of higher vocational students,this study investigates the mental health education of Chengdu vocational schools.Through the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,In this paper,five hundred students from nine vocational colleges in chengdu were the main research subjects.Through statistical analysis of the data and the summarization of the interview data,the following results are obtained:Firstly,higher vocational colleges all have mental health center,developed in some education teaching activity,and have certain effect,the vast majority of higher vocational students held a positive attitude and support to mental health education,very few low interest or don't care;Secondly,in terms of students' needs,there is a high demand for the content richness of education in mental health,and there is a high demand for the infiltration education.Thirdly,students in higher vocational colleges have a cognitive deviation from education in mental health at present.The university does not fully cover education and lacks diversity in methods,neither of which fully meets the needs of students.Fourthly,the cognition degree of education in vocational colleges was negatively correlated with content,method and satisfaction,especially in the aspect of content(p=0.099),and education content of psychological health was negatively correlated with the way and positively correlated with overall satisfaction,and there was a significant positive correlation between education mode and overall satisfaction.According to the results of the investigation,the causes of the problems were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed.Firstly,the planning of education in mental health was enhanced and correct cognition was established.Secondly,the creation of mental health education quality conditions,rich education content;Thirdly,improve the mental health guarantee system and optimize education mode.Fourthly,improve the mental health assessment system and monitor the education effect.In order to improve the mental health of higher vocational college students education job satisfaction.
