Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Specialization Construction Of Counselor Teams In Local Undergraduate Colleges

College counselors are an important part of University Administration,The college counselors are not only an important subject in the implementation of various affairs in colleges and universities,but also an important subject in serving students.The level of college counselors directly determines the quality of serving students in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the professional construction of college counselors.Under the background of university reform,it is necessary to carry out investigation and research on the professional construction of college counselors.This paper combines its own work practices,using pedagogy,management and other related knowledge,taking X Academy as an example,focusing on the problems and countermeasures in the professional construction of local undergraduate college counselors.Specifically around three issues: First,the analysis of historical conditions and the background of the times.By combing the development process of the college counselor system in China,revealing the development track of the evolution of the system,the necessity and feasibility of the systematic professionalization of college counselors are proposed.Secondly,through the investigation of the actual situation of the X college counselor construction,summarize and analyze the problems and causes of the counselor construction;Third,explore the path of the X college counselor construction.We adopt literature analysis method,interview investigation method and questionnaire survey method.In the research of professionalization construction of counselor team,according to professional theory and professional standards of counselor team,professional maturity and professionalism from counselor team The three dimensions of maturity and professional system maturity were investigated.After investigation,We found that the professional construction of X college counselors still faces many problems,and it is manifested in various aspects of counselor's professional knowledge,professionalism and professional system.For example,the professional background of counselors is more diverse,and the original professional basic advantages are not played.The overall professional level of the team needs to be improved.Many counselors lack understanding of their professional development and lack long-term planning.The school's counselor management system needs to be improved,and the role of self-discipline organizations in theprofessionalization of counselors needs to be strengthened.The reasons for the above problems are the counselor's own level and the organizational environment.The counselor's identification and planning for his work is insufficient,the consciousness of professional growth is insufficient,and the management concepts and methods of the school are lagging behind.In order to improve this situation,it is recommended that the X College counselors further consolidate the counselor's professional knowledge base,explore the advantages of the counselor's first subject,improve the quality structure of the counselor team,strengthen the professionalism of the counselor team,and enhance the counselor's professional consciousness.Consciousness;Improve the mechanism for the construction of counselors,and provide guarantees for the professional construction of counselors.Specifically,it is necessary to construct a sustainable development work mechanism,comprehensively implement the evaluation mechanism for counselors,and strengthen the construction of innovative research platforms for counselors.
