Teaching quality is the lifeline of higher education to cultivate talents, colleges and universities not only must fundamentally treat teaching as the center work and the points decide the success of higher education. In recent years, with the decrease in the number of students to enter oneself for college entrance examination, students and their parents take new version on the university’s costs and benefits which result in fierce competition among colleges in terms of the number of enrollment. In order to enroll the outstanding students, colleges and universities are more concerned on the issue of how to improve the teaching quality. Students is the basis of school’s development,the tuition paid for university education is one kind of personal investment, as a result,colleges must consider what education students ready need,so as to provide students with the corresponding rights and interests,and meet the demand of students. Therefore, to study the evaluation of teaching quality from the perspective of students can make us found the problems existing in the college teaching, and constantly improve the teaching work according to the results of the students’ feedback, make full use of all teaching resources to meet the development of the students’ needs and improve the quality of teaching which has important significance.This thesis first shows the research background, research significance,the related literature review, research purpose, research methods, research ideas and content. Secondly,it defines the concept of teaching quality and student satisfaction.It analyses stakeholder theory, total quality management theory and the theory of customer satisfaction, mainly researches the customer satisfaction theory applied in the field of higher education and customer satisfaction evaluation methods;The research divides the factors affecting the quality of teaching the students into target orientation, curriculum setting, teaching staff, teaching conditions, teaching management and teaching effects, etc from the perspective of student; Analyses the necessity and significance of researching college teaching quality satisfaction from the perspective of undergraduate. With a university undergraduates as subjects to investigate by using the spss17.0,excel and other related software for data processing in the final part.Based on the analysis of the data processing comes to the following basic conclusion:Students are satisfied with teachers quality of professional ethics,professional knowledge, teaching standards, behavior and other aspects.In terms of teaching and learning environment, the beautiful school environment,good learning atmosphere lead most of student to take satisfactory attitude. In terms of teaching result, students’ professional knowledge and learning capacity has been greatly improved. But meanwhile there remains other aspects with which student are dissatisfied.The characteristics of majority investigated majors is not prominent; curriculum arrangement is unreasonable, the content of course contains too much theoretical knowledge; The teaching material can not meet the development needs of students; The network resources is insufficient; Practice teaching has not been given priority; The teaching management staff service attitude is poor. Therefore,the teaching quality need to be improved:Change the talent training mode according to the guidance by market demand;Change course structure for the purpose of improving students’ capacity, Enhance the fine course of network development; Revise the teaching material to keep the pace with subject development; Emphasis on practice teaching, strengthening the construction of practice base; Improve the system of teaching management;Improve the quality of the managers; Expand the campus wireless network coverage;Reduce network charge.
