Investigation And Analysis On The Present Situation Of Extracurricular News Reading Of Students In Yanbian Second High School

With the New Curriculum reform,the proportion of the news material in college entrance examination keeps increasing.News reading receive more and more attention from the front line teachers.The irreplaceability of the news reading material in the training of students' reading ability,analytical skills,judgement and comprehensive language ability is confirmed by educators.As an important way to improve students' literacy accomplishment,extensive reading out of class has been given more specific suggestions,which received attention by academic circles and teachers in practical teaching.At present,there is a high degree of concern of the extensive readings by the academic circles,however,the important influences of the news reading material to the literary ability is ignored.Based on this fact,the author takes the students of Yanbian Second High School as examples in this project,through doing research on the students and teachers in this school,and finally comes to the conclusion about the frequency,the approach,the reason and the preferences of the the students reading the news in spare time.By analyzing the research results,summarize the problems remains when the high school students follow current events and news.This research is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is introduction,which mainly divide into question introducing,the purpose and meaning of this research,the status of the research,the scope of the study,and the research method.Second part is the curriculum requirements and the importance of the high school language to the outside news readings.Also this part analysis the requirements of High school Chinese new curriculum standard to the news reading material teaching,and proportion of news materials in the college entrance exam as well as the importance of the outside news reading to improve students,language accomplishment The third part is the research to the current situation of Yanbian Second High School students' outside news reading which includes the explanation of survey method,the result of the outside news reading survey,the survey of Yanbian Second High School teacher's guidance to news reading,the achievement students of this school made,the problems and reasons exist when the students are doing news reading out of class.In the fourth,the researcher comes up with optimizing strategy to the currently situation of Yanbian Second High School students' out of class news reading.The strategy is divided into 5 aspects:1,Expands students9 news reading range.2,Using fragmentation readings usefully.3,Guiding in-depth reading.4,Making reading plans.5,Encouraging reading.This research mainly use questionnaire survey,interview and documentary study to survey the current situation of Yanbian Second High School students' news reading.This research presents the status of current high school students,news reading,which make the academic circles as well as the teaching circles realize the importance of outside news reading,search scientific,fficient,reasonable optimizing strategy and the strategy to guide students do better news reading,which could be a reference to the front line teachers.
