In June 2011?The Ministry of Education developed the "National Basic Education Curriculum Reform Guide(Trial)",which marks the eighth curriculum reform since he founding of the People's Republic of China.After the new curriculum reform,elective curriculum are included in the content of curriculum reform and occupy an important position,which strongly guarantees the development of elective curriculum.In 2004,the new curriculum reform began to be implemented gradually.The key point of this curriculum reform is to add a variety of elective curriculum and implement credit management,which is the highlight of this curriculum reform and also the focus of high school curriculum reform.In 2007,the new curriculum system of high school was widely introduced into high school.The implementation of elective curriculum provides a platform for individualized teaching,individualized education and credit system of high school.As a result,to some extent the implementation of elective curriculum reflects the effectiveness of the new curriculum reform.Whether the elective curriculum are implemented well depends on the implementation management of elective curriculum.Therefore,Strengthening the implementation management of elective curriculum is also a key point that cannot be ignored.The paper takes Yanji S high school as an example to study the current situation of elective curriculum implementation in Yanji City and find relevant problems and causes in the process of implementation,and put forward corresponding suggestions for the implementation of management level and to provide theoretical reference for the improvement of the implementation and management level of elective curriculum in Yanji ordinary high school.The paper aims at Yanji S high school 118 teachers and 936 students in senior 2?3.According to the results of the survey and the analysis and discussion to the results,the following problems are found:the subject of elective curriculum implementation is lack of systemic management,the theme management of elective curriculum implementation exists limitations,in elective curriculum implementation approach,there isn't reasonable course selection and walking class system,the system management of elective curriculum implementation stays in the form and the elective curriculum resources is limited.Through the analysis of the results of the study,the following conclusions and suggestions are finally formed.Conclusion 1:Leadership teachers are lack of the concept of elective curriculum management.Conclusion 2:The administration of elective curriculum is limited to the college entrance examination.Conclusion 3:The implementation approaches to elective curriculum management are simple,lack of course selection system and walking class system.Conclusion 4:The system management of elective curriculum implementation fails,especially lack of professional training plan for teachersConclusion 5:The distribution of elective curriculum resources is uneven,insufficient teachers,lack of hardware facilities,not enough financial support.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:Strengthen the concept of leadership teachers in elective curriculum management;strengthen relevant training to teachers,enhance teachers'awareness of elective curriculum and curriculum implementation ability;Reasonably handle the relationship between elective curriculum and college entrance examination,improve the top-level design of curriculum,optimize curriculum resources;improve the elective curriculum management system to ensure the orderly implementation of elective curriculum.
