The positive psychological qualities of primary school teachers refer to the relatively stable positive psychological characteristics formed under the joint action of heredity and environment,including positive emotion,intellectual strength,work tenacity and harmonious interpersonal relationship.The positive psychological qualities are helpful to primary school teachers' professional growth,personal life and the formation of students' positive psychological quality.This research adopts Positive mental quality scale for primary school teachers by Liao Yiting 2016 and surveyed 545 primary school teachers in Helong,Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture,Jilin province in order to explore the basic development of primary school teachers' positive psychological qualities,understand the differences of demographic variables in the dimensions of primary school teachers' positive psychological qualities,and focus on the characteristics of the development of primary school teachers' positive psychological quality in the four stages of novice adaptation period,growth and development period,maturity and all-around professional period.These are research findings:1.The development of positive psychological qualities of primary school teachers is generally above the average level.In the four dimensions of positive psychological qualities,the positive emotion is the highest and the harmonious interpersonal relationship is the lowest.2.The development trend of the wisdom power of primary school teachers in different professional development periods is not gradually rising with the development of professional development,and the development characteristics of "high-low-high-low" are presented from the novice adaptation period to the professional all-around period.3.The development trend of the work toughness of primary school teachers in different professional development stages is gradually rising with the development of the major,while the all-around professional stage is slightly declining.The new hand adapts the period to the professional all-around period assumes "high-high-high-low" the development characteristic.4.The positive emotion development trend of primary school teachers in different professional development stages is gradually rising with the development of their majors,and the development characteristics of"high-high-high-high" are presented from the novice adaptation stage to the professional all-around stage.5.The trend of harmonious interpersonal development of primary school teachers in different professional development periods is not rising gradually with the development of their majors,and the development characteristics of "low-high-low-low" are presented from the adaptation period to the all-around period of their majors.6.In terms of ethnic variables,the scores of all dimensions of positive psychological quality of primary school teachers are significantly different,and Han Chinese teachers are better than the Korean teachers.Based on the above conclusions,the following targeted suggestions are put forward from the perspective of teacher training:1.Cultivate social skills,create a harmonious environment,and improve the interpersonal relationship of all teachers.2.Innovate training forms,stimulate learning enthusiasm,and improve the wisdom of "double low period" teachers.3.Deal with job burnout,plan career development,enhance professional all-around period the toughness of a teacher's work.4.Strengthen professional identity,fully understand themselves,and maintain the steady improvement of teachers' positive emotions.5.Rely on policy support,special training will be carried out to improve the positive psychological quality of Korean teachers.
