Research On Performance Evaluation Of Innovation And Enterprise Education

Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an important measure to build an innovative country and achieve an innovation-driven development strategy.As the main front for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,colleges and universities are an important part of the national innovation system.They should take the initiative to adapt to the new normal of economic development,vigorously promote innovation and entrepreneurship education and provide strong intellectual support for building an innovative country and realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Performance evaluation is like the "steering wheel" of the car,which helps to grasp the direction of the organization,the team and the individual,so that it does not deviate from the original intention of development.On the basis of paying attention to the value of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,this paper studies the performance of innovation and entrepreneurship education in 47 undergraduate colleges and universities in Hubei Province based on the survey of network data in 2018.There are some problems in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities in Hubei,such as the level of dual-innovation collaborative platform construction is not high,and the differences in inter-school differences are obviously unbalanced.This is reflected in the insufficient supply of college students' dual-innovation education teaching resources,as well as the insufficient guarantee for institutional organization construction and achievement transformation of dual-innovation education in colleges and universities.Then the reason of dilemma is explored.On the basis of combining the advanced experience of international innovation and entrepreneurship education,the university's dual-innovation education is regarded as an ecosystem,focusing on four aspects to provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving the healthy development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hubei universities.First,the government shouldimprove the supply of dual-innovation policy,strengthen the supervision and inspection of it;second,rationalize the dual-innovation education mechanism and consolidate the physical status of dual-innovation education;third,innovate the dual-innovation education model to promote the development of dual-innovation education discipline;fourth,integrate the transformation of achievements and the path of talent cultivation,and build a collaborative platform between inter-school and enterprises to promote the implementation of dual-innovation education.
