With the further development of knowledge economy,innovative and entrepreneurial talents have become the key measure of the national comprehensive and competitive strength.The innovation and entrepreneurship education is an urgent need for the reform of the higher education and also a realistic choice to cultivate students' innovative and entrepreneurial awareness and ability.It has been seven years since our country formally put forward the innovation and entrepreneurship education.Curriculum is the major way of implementing the innovation and entrepreneurship education,which determines the quality of talent cultivation.At present,the curriculum construction in China is still in the stage of development.It is urgent to build an evaluation system to promote the development and quality of curriculum.This paper introduces the CIPP evaluation model into the research of the innovative and entrepreneurial education curricula evaluation system,which aims to construct the"three-in-one" evaluation system with the background evaluation(target diagnosis)as the premise,the input evaluation(environmental support)as the guarantee,the process assessment(evaluation of curriculum implementation and teaching)as the core,and the achievement evaluation(innovative and entrepreneurial achievements)as the key.This paper is divided into four chapters:the first chapter introduces the background and the significance of the topic,reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,defines the involved concept,and discusses the theoretical basis,research methods and ideas;the second chapter reviews the history and the status quo of the innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad,and analyses the features of those key elements comparatively based on the theoretical framework of CIPP,which lays the foundation of the curriculum evaluation system;the third chapter conducted a survey of the curriculum evaluation with E university students as the object of an empirical research,which analyses the problems urgent to be solved in E university;the fourth chapter on the basis of empirical investigation,according to the CIPP evaluation theory,follow the principle of diversification,process and development,establish the evaluation index system,in order to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum.
