Research purposes: Hangzhou is a city with strong national traditional sports culture.It has formed the status quo of the development of traditional sports items in primary and secondary schools with "one school,one feature" and "one school,one product".The National School Sports Federation established in 2013 aims to enhance the physical fitness of teenagers,students' sports consciousness and the development of sound personality.In the early stage of development,universities and primary and secondary schools have formed.The mechanism of development is related to each other so as to promote physical education reform to enter primary and secondary schools.The organization and implementation of traditional ethnic sports teaching in schools depend on teachers,especially the teachers of biography specialty.The development level of traditional ethnic sports in schools is caused by the ability of teachers of biography specialty.How about the present situation of teachers of biography specialty,what problems have emerged,and how to solve them properly,these problems need to be solved urgently.This paper is based on the social background in which the phenomenon of resignation is common nowadays.It explores the influence of resignation tendency of biography teachers,their families and society.The purpose is to further understand the group of school biography teachers and explore the related influence of their resignation tendency.Based on the significant influence of social support and social support on the turnover intention of biography teachers,the structural equation model of family intimacy and adaptability-social support-turnover intention was constructed.Through the questionnaire survey of biography teachers in primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou,the current situation of biography teachers in primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou was understood and Hangzhou was analyzed.The relationship between family intimacy,adaptability,social support and turnover intention of civil biography teachers in primary and secondary schools in the city provides reference for employers to select talents,and appeals to the public to provide higher social support for the group of civil biography teachers.Research methods: This paper investigates and studies the current situation of the turnover intention of teachers majoring in civil biography in primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou by means of questionnaire,documentation and mathematical statistics,and establishes structural equation model with the data obtained,and carries on the analysis and discussion of relevant contents.The results are as follows:(1)The path coefficient of "QMD" latent variable to "KGZC" latent variable is-0.087,CR value is-0.358,CR value is < 1.96,p value is 0.720,P > 0.001.There is no significant difference.Assuming it is not valid,intimacy has no effect on objective support.(2)The path coefficient of "QMD" latent variable to "ZGZC" latent variable is-0.376,the CR value is-2.354,the absolute value of CR value is > 1.96,the p value is 0.019,P < 0.05,the difference is significant,and the hypothesis is valid.That is,intimacy has a path effect on subjective support.(3)The path coefficient of QMD latent variable to LYD latent variable is 0.069,CR value is 0.244,CR value is less than 1.96,p value is 0.807,P > 0.05.The difference is not significant and the hypothesis is not valid.That is,intimacy has no effect on utilization.(4)The path coefficient of SYX latent variable to ZGZC latent variable is 0.466,CR value is 3.400,CR value is > 3.25,P < 0.001,the difference is very significant.The representative hypothesis holds.That is,adaptability has a path effect on subjective support.(5)The path coefficient of SYX latent variable to KGZC latent variable is 0.101,CR value is 0.498,CR value is less than 1.96,p value is 0.498,P > 0.05.The difference is not significant,which means the hypothesis is not valid.That is,adaptability has no effect on objective support.(6)The path coefficient value of SYX latent variable to LYD latent variable is-.0.172,the absolute value of CR is 0.730,the CR value is < 1.96,the p value is 0.466,P > 0.05.The difference is not significant,which means that the hypothesis is not valid.That is,adaptability has no path effect on utilization.(7)The path coefficient of KGZC latent variable to LZQX latent variable is 0.343,the CR value is 6.191,the CR value is more than 3.25,and the corresponding p value is p < 0.001.The difference is very significant.The hypothesis is valid.That is,objective support has a path effect on turnover intention.(8)The path coefficient of LYD latent variable to LZQX latent variable is 0.217,the CR value is 4.258,the CR value is > 3.25,P < 0.001,the difference is significant,which means the hypothesis is valid.That is to say,utilization has a path effect on turnover intention.(9)The path coefficient of ZGZC latent variable to LZQX latent variable is 0.148,the absolute value of CR value is 0.789,the CR value is less than 1.96,the p value is 0.430,P > 0.05.The difference is not significant,which means that the hypothesis is not valid.That is,adaptability has no path effect on utilization.(10)The path coefficients of "QMD" latent variables to "LZQX" latent variables are-0.119,the absolute value of CR is 0.189,the CR value is < 1.96,the p value is 0.529,P > 0.05.The difference is not significant,which means that the hypothesis is not valid.That is,adaptability has no path effect on utilization.(11)The path coefficient of SYX latent variable to LZQX latent variable is-0.022,CR value is 0.174,CR value is less than 1.96,p value is 0.902,P > 0.05.The difference is not significant,which means that the hypothesis is not valid.That is,adaptability has no effect on turnover intention.Research conclusions:(1)The objective support and the utilization of support have a significant impact on the turnover intention of teachers majoring in biography in primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou.(2)Subjective support has no significant effect on the turnover intention of teachers majoring in biography in primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou.(3)Family intimacy and adaptability have a significant impact on subjective support of biography teachers in primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou.(4)Family intimacy and adaptability have no significant impact on the turnover intention of teachers majoring in biography in primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou.
