Research On Social Work To Improve The Parent-child Communication Skills Of Floating Children's Parents

Parent-child communication is the process of interaction between parents and children.Parent-child communication will affect the social development of children,the emergence of problem behavior and academic achievement.More and more migrant children come to the city with their parents,although they can live with their parents,However,due to many reasons,such as family,school and society,the parents of migrant children generally lack of parent-child communication skills,and there are parent-child communication obstacles in migrant families.In this study,the F community of Kunming was taken as the research site,and the parents of 9-year-old 12-year-old floating children in the community were taken as the subjects,and the questionnaire survey was carried out.The method of interview with floating children and their parents shows that the parents of floating children have some problems,such as lack of communication consciousness,weak listening skills and bad expression of "accountability type" in parent-child communication.After understanding the problems and needs of the clients,according to the two-way interaction between expression and listening as emphasized in the communication theory,combined with the parents'wishes,the author promotes the parent-child communication consciousness of the floating children.Three aspects have been carried out to improve listening skills and to learn how to express themselves in a"consistent way".Improve communication consciousness;clarify the connotation of communication and improve the listening skill;learn the reasonable communication mode and promote the effective communication of parent-child;and finally,pay attention to the unification of the persistence and the dynamic of the professional service,and consolidate the service effect.So that the parents of the floating children can truly integrate into the growth and the life of the children and realize the development of the good social development of the floating children.
