The young connection refers to the good connection between kindergarten education and primary education,with the aim of promoting children's comprehensive and sustainable development.In recent years,the problem of young connection has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.In foreign countries,relevant departments actively cooperate and integrate various educational resources,and the young connection work has formed a complete system.Many researchers in China have focused on kindergartens,and the work done by primary schools has been gradually ignored.Even some elementary school educators themselves have begun to stay out of the way and lack positive action on young cohesive work.In addition,in some studies,students as the main body of young connections lack the attention they deserve.Therefore,in order to find a fundamental solution to the problem of young convergence,this study will focus on the primary school students,with the first-year students as the main subject of investigation,so that people can re-recognize the young connection work and clarify the responsibility of the primary school.This study mainly uses the literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,according to the six fault classifications in Huck's young joint fault theory:teacher-student relationship,study habits,compliance rules,peer communication,academic expectations,learning environment,students and teachers interview Outline and compile the corresponding parent questionnaire.In addition,the interview outlines the content of school leaders' design,attention,and implementation plans for young connections.At the same time,guided by Piaget's cognitive development theory,combined with his own practical experience,he explored the methods for the good implementation of young connections.In the survey,it was found that the actual situation of the young primary school in D primary school is that the teacher's attitude supports the young cohesive work,can guide the establishment of a good environment,the work is mainly based on activities,and the guiding work focuses on the students' enrollment education.Among them,D primary school has major problems in the young connection work: the lack of feasible work plan for teachers,the lack of primary school sense of belonging for first-year students,and the heavy burden of students' study.The main causes of these problems are the neglect of children's subjects,the flaws in family education,and the one-sided education of primary school.Through the results of the survey,the author finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on the main problems in the research: First,through the two-way connection between kindergarten and primary school and the effective cooperation between home and school,the kindergarten,primary school and family will eventually cooperate with each other;second,parents It is necessary to change the concept of education,create a warm family atmosphere,and promote children to form a good lifestyle and study habits.Third,strengthen primary education and enhance the guiding role of teachers.It aims to create a pleasant learning environment and help children to make a smooth transition.At the same time,it also hopes to have some enlightenment for the young primary school in the future.
