| The connection between kindergarten and elementary school is a smooth transition of the two educational stages of kindergarten and elementary education.It is a major turning point in the transition of education for large-class children when they enter elementary school.Continuous development and even life-long development lay a good foundation.In 2021,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Opinions on Vigorously Promoting the Scientific Connection between Kindergartens and Primary Schools".The "Guiding Opinions" pointed out that we must follow the laws of children’s physical and mental development and education,deepen the curriculum reform of basic education,and establish a long-term effect of the scientific connection between kindergartens and primary schools.Mechanism to improve the quality of education in an all-round way,and promote the comprehensive development of children’s moral,intellectual,physical,and artistic,and physical and mental health [The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.This shows that the Ministry of Education has begun to attach importance to and promote the two-way connection between children and children,to ensure that children can develop physically and mentally,and to give children a relaxed and smooth transition period.This research mainly uses questionnaire survey method,document method,and interview method,taking the author’s G kindergarten in Xinjiang Yili and the D primary school that I visited as the research objects.G-yuan is a developing urban kindergarten.It is a full-time autonomous region-level demonstrative kindergarten affiliated to the Education Bureau of Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture.It has a profound educational background and is also facing great pressure for innovation.It represents the education of many kindergartens in the region.teaching level.D Primary School is a key primary school in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Based on the existing research on the connection between kindergartens and primary schools,the author conducted questionnaire surveys and interviews with the teachers and leaders of G kindergarten and D primary school,and learned from the existing Analyze the problems and reasons in the interaction between G kindergarten and D primary school,and try to put forward some suggestions of their own.The content of this research is divided into six parts.The first part is about the origin,purpose and significance of this research.And read a large number of relevant papers on the cohesion and two-way cohesion at home and abroad,wrote a literature review and defined concepts,and clarified the research ideas and research methods.The second part is the theoretical basis of the connection between young and young: Huck’s fault theory and ecological theory.The third part is to collect the questionnaire survey and interview data of kindergarten teachers and primary school teachers,showing the current situation of the two-way connection between G kindergarten and D primary school.The fourth part puts forward the problems of the two-way connection between G kindergarten and D primary school based on the current situation,mainly from the kindergarten level,the elementary school level and the interaction between the two sides: problems at the kindergarten level: kindergarten teachers have misunderstandings about the time when the preschool connection education starts,Kindergarten teachers are one-sided in cultivating children’s learning habits,and the task of visiting elementary schools is not deep on the surface;problems at the elementary school level: elementary schools neglect the education of the connection between preschools and primary schools,and elementary schools do not recognize their dominant position in the "connection of preschools".The fifth part analyzes the reasons for the problems that arise.The fifth part is to put forward their own suggestions on the problems that arise: policy implementation,improve the awareness of cooperation between kindergartens and primary schools,regularly carry out special teacher training,clarify the elements of connection between young and primary schools,strengthen the interactive mechanism of leadership,and establish communication between kindergarten teachers and primary school teachers platform.The sixth part is about the conclusions and shortcomings of this research,and rational analysis of the shortcomings and problems in the research. |
