The curriculum standards(2017 edition)of various disciplines in senior high schools put forward the key competence,which embodies the discipline's educational value.As a basic subject of natural science in common senior high schools,physics is aimed at further enhancing the students' key competence in physics and laying a foundation for their lifelong development.The difficulty in learning senior curriculum hinders the key competence improvement of senior physics,to some extent.For the senior one students,senior physics is complex and abstract.If they cannot adapt to it very well,it might lead to physics learning difficulties in senior one.This thesis reviews the previous studies of learning difficulties,learning difficulties of senior physics as well as the transition from junior to senior high school,gaining an overview of the research trend.A questionnaire of The Causes of Physics Learning Difficulties in Senior One is designed under the theoretical framework.The questionnaires have been distributed to senior high school students in Yanji City.Through the data analysis,four learning difficulties in physics are found in the students' learning.A further study unveils the causes of learning difficulties,that is,the "gap" between junior and senior high schools,students' cognitive structure,procedural knowledge,problem-solving ability,motivation of learning,meta-cognition and attribution of learning difficulties.Taking the causes of the learning difficulties in physics in senior one into consideration,the author of this thesis tends to summarize the teaching strategies so as to help the students prevent and overcome the learning difficulties in physics,namely,(1)the strategy that the conceptual rules are taught in the form of the advanced steps and blueprint;(2)the strategy that is a problem solving progress of problem estimation,the abstract difficulties focus and the guidance of mathematical knowledge;(3)the strategy for penetrating the beauty of physics;and(4)the strategy for cultivating the meta-cognition.In the three months' teaching practice,the teaching strategies are implemented in the experimental class,while the comparison class remains the normal teaching method.Through the educational measurements on the implementation effects,a conclusion is drawn as follows:the teaching strategies exert an obvious impact on helping to overcome the students' learning difficulties in physics.The students'learning attitude and method in the experimental class are changed greatly after the implementation of the teaching strategies,with their examination performance better than that of the control class.Therefore,the causes of learning difficulties proposed at the beginning of this study are in correspondence with the actual scenario,which proves that the teaching strategies helps to overcome the learning difficulties in physics effectively.
