With the advent of the era of knowledge explosion,the speed of knowledge dissemination is faster and faster,and people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of knowledge.Among them,vocational colleges,as a place to disseminate knowledge and carry out vocational education,bear a very important responsibility.As the main body of knowledge dissemination in Vocational Colleges-teachers,their theoretical level and educational level are more concerned by people,and become an important standard for people to measure vocational colleges.Therefore,it is an important task to improve the professional level of teachers in Vocational Colleges and strengthen on-the-job training of teachers in Vocational colleges.Only by determining the main content of the competency of teachers in Vocational colleges,can we carry out targeted training,effectively improve the quality of teachers' teaching and enhance the level of education in Vocational colleges.However,the phenomenon of neglecting teacher training and the content of training does not meet the needs of teachers' competence exists in domestic vocational colleges.This phenomenon is not conducive to the development of Vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary to study the main content of saving human resources for teachers in Vocational Colleges and to optimize the training system.Firstly,this paper reviews the previous research results at home and abroad,summarizes the existing research results,and this paper combs the relevant theories of competency and teacher vocational training.Then,starting with the current situation of SY Polytechnic Vocational College,this paper expounds the training situation of SY Polytechnic Vocational College,identifies the key factors of SY Polytechnic Vocational College teachers' competency and conducts a questionnaire survey on the competence of teachers in SY Polytechnic Vocational College.A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed and 82 valid questionnaires were randomly retrieved.Thirteen competencies of SY Polytechnic Vocational College teachers were investigated.Through the analysis of questionnaire data,the performance of SY Polytechnic Vocational College teachers in the key factors of competency is understood,and the weak points of competency are summarized.Based on the interviews with teachers,the shortcomings of SY Polytechnic Vocational College's teacher training system are analyzed,including three major problems:unreasonable training content,single training project form,and imperfect evaluation and incentive mechanism.Aiming at these shortcomings,aiming at strengthening the weaknesses of key factors of teachers' competence,this paper optimizes the training system of SY Polytechnic Vocational College,and determines the guarantee measures for the implementation of the training system of SY Polytechnic Vocational College,including optimizing the training concept,improving training organization,and so on.Increase investment in training.In order to enhance SY Polytechnic Vocational College teachers'competence,and promote SY Polytechnic Vocational College's educational capacity,but also for other vocational colleges teacher training system design to provide reference.
