Study On The Current Situation Of College Physical Specialized Students' Participation In Sports Vocational Competency Authentication In Guangdong

The sports industry had the broad prospects for development,which led the sports profession jobholders' increase.Physical specialized students in regular colleges are important reserve talents in the sports industry.At present,The State practises a system whereby workers receive the necessary vocational education prior to employment or assignment.Guangdong Province,as a big province of economy and a strong province of sports,sports industry is developing rapidly,the scale is expanding,and more and more sports profession jobholders are needed.Under the background of the certificate system of vocational qualifications and professional appraisal.Standardizing the fitness of sports market order and improving jobholders' quality is the important question which the Guangdong Province sports industry faces.This research takes sports vocational competency authentication of college physical specialized students in Guangdong Province as the object of study,this research uses the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.Research analyzes existence question,and proposed the corresponding strategies.The results shows that:(1)Colleges' sports vocational competency authentication are lack of publicity,high fees,lack of funds and policy support are the primal problem in Guangdong province.(2)The total accuracy rate of the knowledge part of sports vocational competency authentication is 29.9%,and the accuracy rate is low.(3)The students' attitude average score are not bad,which was 66.7% of the total score.(4)Each student gets 2.6 sports professional qualification certificates on average,and the number of certificates had got were less.(5)The relevant knowledge,attitudes and behavior of sports vocational skills appraisal in different schools are inconsistent,and the overall situation of Guangzhou University is more optimistic and Beijing Normal University,Zuhai is bad?Based on the results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Colleges' sports vocational competency authentication are lack of publicity,lack of funds and policy support are the primal problem in Guangdong province.(2)The accuracy of related knowledge is low,and the situation of knowledge about the identification of sports vocational skills is not optimistic.(3)Students' attitude toward sports professional skills appraisal is moderately good.(4)The number of certificates that students had got were less and student' participationis not enough.(5)Different colleges students' knowledge,attitude and behavior are significantly different...
