Due to the rapid development of social economy and the profound change of urban and rural structure,more and more young and middle-aged rural population leave the land on which their ancestors depend to survive and enter the modern city to participate in urban construction.The resulting problem is that the left behind children can not enter the big city to enjoy the educational resources,and can only stay in their hometown to study and live as left behind children.However,due to the lack of parents' care and the lack of family education function,the education problems of rural left behind children are highlighted.Many behaviors such as truancy,weariness of school,lack of moral and psychological education occur to the left behind children,which seriously affect the rural family harmony and social stability.On the other hand,the education of rural left behind children is related to social equity and justice,and the improvement of the quality of the whole society.It is of great significance to deeply analyze the problems faced by the education of rural left behind children and put forward effective solutions.Based on the above background,this paper mainly based on the theoretical framework of advantage perspective,using the methods of investigation and interview,comparison and literature research,chooses the topic of social work intervention in the education of rural left behind children to study,starting from multiple aspects of the advantage perspective of rural left behind children,This paper analyzes the internal and external positive factors and advantages of rural left behind children in their study and life.Based on this,it further attempts to explore effective ways to solve the problems of rural left behind children's education,and further develops and creates a set of service paradigm conducive to the healthy growth of rural left behind children.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the background and significance of this study,research content and research methods,as well as the interpretation of related concepts.The second part is the theoretical basis and research review,expounds the theoretical basis of this study,and studies and discusses the current domestic and foreign related theoretical research.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and problems.Based on the advantage perspective,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the education of rural left behind children,and focuses on the internal advantage characteristics and external advantage environment elements of the education of rural left behind children.The fourth part introduces the case work intervention,through the case work method to intervene and guide the case owner,record the process and summarize the results.The fifth part makes a summary of the research and puts forward suggestions.It is hoped that this study can provide theoretical support for better solving the education problems of left behind children in Y town of X county,and further provide beneficial help for the whole society to improve and optimize the education problems of left behind children.
