Under the background of curriculum reform,many schools and disciplines have implemented the teaching mode of guided learning case,and made unremitting exploration for it,and accumulated a lot of useful practical experience.As for the guiding plan teaching of senior high school ideological and political courses,it has become the requirement of The Times to think about how to achieve the cultivation of students' core qualities in teaching.However,from the current perspective,there are relatively few relevant academic researches and lack of systematic theoretical guidance,which affects the teaching effectiveness of guiding plan to some extent.Therefore,the development of this study is not only conducive to enriching and developing the relevant theories of guided learning plan teaching,but also conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in senior high school.By consulting the literature research related to the teaching of guiding learning plans at home and abroad,this paper combs the theoretical basis of guiding learning plans,which is mainly reflected in the analysis and review of western theoretical achievements and domestic literature,and establishes a research starting point for the teaching practice of guiding learning plans for senior high school ideological and political courses based on core qualities.The author by using teacher interviews,questionnaire survey and test examines students and field visit to the author into the classroom,to guide the application of case teaching present situation investigation and analysis,found that the current high school thought political lesson case teaching guide there exist certain problems in the core literacy cultivation,such as teachers' understanding of learning case is not clear,not fully consider the core accomplishment;The compilation of guidance plan is not scientific and not fully integrated into the core quality of the subject;This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the process of compiling and applying the guided learning plan.On this basis,the author combining the reality of high school thought political lesson case teaching guide,put forward the guiding case teaching should follow the principle of combination of leading and guiding,leading and subjectivity principle,principle of combination of spoon-feeding and inspiring,and development and to explore the basic principles,such as the combination of and the high school thought political lesson "innovation is the first driving force of the development of the leading" as an example,in-depth analysis based on the core literacy learning case teaching,and presents based on core literacy cultivation of high school thought political lesson teaching case study design and guide the design example,has strong practicality and maneuverability,It can enhance the teaching effect of ideological and political teaching in senior high school.
