Along with the deepening of curriculum reform,the Key Competence into people's horizons,then in January 2018 the newly revised the ordinary high school ideological and political course standard "(2017 edition)for the first time made clear that the core quality of ideological and political disciplines,namely,strive to cultivate the students' political identification,scientific spirit,consciousness of rule of law,public participation in the four major accomplishment.As a new thing in classroom teaching,"guided learning plan" is favored by the majority of front-line teachers.In the process of application,it has achieved a lot of results,but also exposed some problems.Based on this,this study adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview " guided learning plan" developing and utilizing of the status quo of the ideological and political discipline Key Competence horizon,discusses the innovation and development " guided learning plan" strategy,in order to improve the high school thought political lesson teaching effectiveness,and provide some specific for first-line teachers operable Suggestions."Guided learning plan" is a tool for teachers and students to conduct two-way interaction before,during and after class.By giving play to the leading role of teachers,students are encouraged to question,ask questions and cooperate,so as to improve the effectiveness of teaching,make students' subject status can be better played,and truly achieve the purpose of teaching learning and promoting learning by teaching.The introduction of "guided learning plan" into classroom teaching plays an irreplaceable role in enriching the teaching form of high school ideological and political courses,improving students' learning efficiency and comprehensive ability as well as teachers' theoretical literacy and professional skills.However,in the teaching practice of high school ideological and political lesson,the compilation and application of "guided learning plan" still have some unsatisfactory places.For example,the compilation and application of the "guided learning plan" failed to fully penetrate the Key Competence of ideological and political disciplines,the application of the "guided learning plan" failed to mobilize students' effective participation,the compilation of the "guided learning plan" lacked the guiding nature,the compilation of the "guided learning plan" fell into the misunderstanding of "three",and the application process of the "guided learning plan" needed to be improved.Through the investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the main reasons for the above problems are as follows: the backward education concept of teachers and their professional skills need to be improved;the lack of classroom guidance art;the teacher's reflection on teaching becomes a mere formality;the teaching evaluation is still "only based on scores";and the school's support and implementation are slightly inadequate.From the perspective of core literacy,this study intends to promote the innovation and development of "guided learning plan" in high school ideological and political class from the aspects of changing teachers' ideas,innovating the preparation of "guided learning plan",optimizing the implementation of "guided learning plan",improving the practical effect of students' participation,and perfecting the evaluation and feedback mechanism.
