Research On College Students’ Values Education Based On Positive Psychology

College students are the backbone of socialist modernization.The value education of college students guides their behaviors and spiritual pursuit,which directly affects the future development of college students and the transformation of the society.College students often endure the pressures of study,emotion,interpersonal relationship and career choices,the problems of values occurring frequently.How to help college students establish correct values has become a realistic problem that universities must face.Strengthening the education of values for college students not only strengthens their political beliefs and clarifies their ideals,but also enhances their ability to cope with setbacks and pressures,the improvement of their psychological quality,and the cultivation of their hardworking spirit.Therefore,the education of values for college students is an important subject.In this paper,the theories and methods of promoting people’s all-round development and positive personality traits in positive psychology are applied to the study of college students’ values education to enhance the cultivation of college students’ positive psychology.Based on the theory of positive psychology,this paper expounds the relationship between positive psychology and college students’ values,trying to know about and analyze the current values of college students,explore actively and solve the problems existing in their values,and find out the causes of their problems and reflect on them,on the basis of literature,questionnaires and other research methods with the combination of existing research results at home and abroad.Through innovation and improvement,the measures of college students’ values education relied on positive psychology are discussed proactively in this paper from the aspects of the enhancing the positive emotion experience,shaping positive personalitytraits,constructing active social organization system,which enables college students to deal with the complex and changing social environment and phenomena with a positive attitude so as to promote college students to establish correct values.
