The core concept of the new curriculum emphasizes that "for the development of each student",the improvement of thinking ability is an important content of student development,attention to the cultivation of students' thinking ability has become an important way and core goal of promoting curriculum reform and implementing quality education in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high schools in China.Based on the classroom teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,aiming at the problems existing in the teaching and aiming at improving the classroom teaching effect of "Morality and Rule of Law",this paper explores and studies how to cultivate students' thinking ability in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.The details are as follows:The first part introduces the reason,research significance,research status,research methods and innovation of this topic,mainly used in literature review method,questionnaire survey method and classroom observation method.The second part is a summary of relevant theories about cultivating students' thinking ability in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.It includes two aspects: first,the definition of relevant concepts,the definition of the concepts of thinking,thinking ability,and the thinking ability of "morality and the rule of law";second,the analysis of theoretical foundations,including Vygossky's recent development zone theory Piaget's theory of cognitive development stages,constructivist learning theory,and Tao Xingzhi's life education theory.The third part discusses the necessity and importance of the cultivation of students' thinking ability in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law".The necessity lies in: it is the inevitable requirement of deepening the curriculum reform,the internal requirement of meeting the curriculum standard,and the objective requirement of promoting the development of students' thinking.The significance lies in: it is conducive to improving the current situation of classroom teaching,improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching,and cultivating students' core literacy.The fourth part is to analyze the current situation,existing problems and reasons of the cultivation of students' thinking ability in the course of "Morality andRule of Law" in junior high school.This part mainly uses the method of questionnaire survey to sample and analyze the problems encountered in the cultivation of students' thinking ability in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,including: paying attention to knowledge teaching,ignoring ability cultivation;paying attention to the leading role of teachers,Neglecting the main position of students,students lack of attention to the study of "Morality and Rule of Law".The fifth part is aimed at the problems in the cultivation of students' thinking ability in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,combined with the actual teaching to explore specific solutions.As far as schools are concerned,we should optimize the school curriculum,arrange teachers' work reasonably,and improve the teaching evaluation mechanism.As far as teachers are concerned,they should renew their teaching ideas and improve their own quality;improve the enthusiasm of students' thinking;use textbooks flexibly to promote all-round development;use the Internet skillfully to enrich classroom teaching;pay attention to teaching reflection and improve teaching level.The sixth part analyzes how teachers train and develop students' thinking ability in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.
