It clearly states that the curriculum resources should be developed and carried out in language teaching and learning in the “Full-time Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards(Experimental Draft)”.Therefore,our Chinese teachers should pay more attention to the development and the utilization of the curriculum resources.As we all know that Baoding is a famous historical and cultural city with rich human resources.As an important curriculum resource,local human resources are of great significance for the construction of local composition teaching.As the highlight of Chinese education,composition teaching,combining Baoding human resources with composition teaching,helps to guide the students to write the good articles,and at the same time,enhance the students' awareness of studying language and using it in every occasion.And it can improve the students' language literacy in many aspects.This thesis starts with Baoding human resources,and takes the three schools in Baoding XX District as examples to carry out the research on the development and utilization of Baoding human resources in the teaching of senior primary school composition teaching.The paper is divided into six parts:In the part of the introduction,the purose and the significance of the research is clearly stated.It includes the carding of the related research at home and abroad and the discussion of senior primary school composition teaching.At the same time,it explains the present utilization of the curriculum resources and come up with the methods and the procedures of the research.The human resources are outlined in the first chapter.In this part,the related concepts are first defined,and then the importance of the development and utilization of human resources in the life-oriented composition teaching is analyzed from the theoretical point of view.Finally,the contents of composition teaching in the upper primary school in the human resources of Baoding area can be analyzed.In the second chapter,the present situation of human resources in the composition teaching of senior grade essays in Baoding XX District is analyzed.In this part,the problems of utilization in the composition teaching in the upper grades of elementary school are investigated.The present situation of the development and utilization of human resources in the teaching of the upper grades of primary school is investigated and analyzed.In the third chapter,It puts forward the implementation strategy of human resources development and utilization in the composition teaching of the upper grades.Firstly,it promotes our culture of the history and enhances our emotions of the composition.Secondly,it can explore the folk culture and enrich the materials of our composition.Thirdly,it can also integrate local culture and enrich the composition.The case of the use of human resources in the composition teaching of the upper grades of primary school is analyzed in the fourth chapter.At first,the teaching design for the development and utilization of human resources is presented.Then,the study and analysis of student assignments are shown in this part.In the last chapter,it's mainly about the conclusion of human resources and the life of primary school composition teaching,including the experience and existing problems of human resources in the development and utilization of primary school composition teaching.
