Research On The Training Curriculum For Coaches Of The State Sports General Administration

The National Sports General Administration's coaches' overseas training curriculum are the core and main content of coaches' overseas training.How to continuously improve and perfect related curriculum and better carry out coaches' overseas training is a powerful intelligence for the reform and development of competitive sports in China.Important content of support and talent protection.This research uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,combined with the practical experience of the training of the coaches of the State Sports General Administration from 2009 to 2018,based on the content of the 10-year training curriculum,and explores the connotation of the training curriculum.The essence,find out the factors affecting the training curriculum,and propose methods and suggestions for updating the training curriculum.The aim is to update the coaching philosophy,improve the knowledge structure and improve the coaching ability,in order to promote the high quality of China's competitive sports reform and development.The coaches are talented for theoretical and practical reference.The main findings are as follows:(2)The training curriculum of the coaches of the State Sports General Administration include training theory,training methods and successful case analysis.In the curriculum of formulating the curriculum content,not only the combination of theory and practice,but also the corresponding adjustment of the curriculum content module and the curriculum proportional structure according to the sports characteristics of the visiting country,the curriculum content has strong scientific and timeliness.(3)The current situation of the training methods of the coaches of the State General Administration of Sports is based on the classification of curriculum methods,the use of teaching organization and the application of teaching aids;the selection of curriculum methods is mainly influenced by the curriculum objectives and the nature of the curriculum content;Updated to scenario simulation practice method,topic discussion method,and computer remote assistant teaching method.(4)The effect of the training curriculum abroad is reflected in the renewal of the coaching concept,broadening the vision of coaching,improving the knowledge structure and improving the coaching ability.The methods of promotion of results mainly include experience exchange,summary of results,publication of results,and publicity of audio and video recording.
