On March 18,2019,the national school ideological and political theory teachers'congress was held as scheduled,at which general secretary xi jinping stressed that"ideological and political theory courses are the key courses to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality." Opened at the different stages of the study of ideological and political theory course is necessary,it is an important foundation for cultivating qualified socialist successors,how the good thought political lesson,become the compulsory subject of every thought political lesson teacher,experiencing teaching in the wave of new curriculum reform is a new teaching mode,concern for the majority of a line of thought political lesson teacher,high school thought political lesson teaching experience optimization study also got the favour of more scholars..High school thought political lesson teaching experience is to point to in high school thought political lesson teaching process,the thought political lesson teacher in ideological and political discipline curriculum standard as the criterion,based on certain theoretical guidance,and according to the high school students' cognitive characteristics and the physical and mental development rule has a purpose,in a planned way reality and suit the teaching content of the teaching situation,guides the student through indirect experience,direct experience and reflection,the active participation of the particular form of experience internalization classroom,positive experience,mutual communication and comprehension,to help students construct knowledge,improve ability,make emotion generated and internalization,externalized in line,In order to achieve the senior high school ideological and political class moral tree people's fundamental task.High school thought political lesson teaching experience has the characteristics of life,emotional,life,the implementation of the high school thought political lesson teaching experience can guide students to accelerate the transformation between knowledge and experience,to strengthen the training of students' innovative and practical ability,lead to an improvement in students' quality and the formation of emotion,implementation of the infiltration of ideological and political discipline core literacy.Through the methods of interview survey and classroom observation,this study finds that there are certain problems in each link of the implementation of experiential teaching in senior high school ideological and political lessons.Some teachers lead students to experience in an inappropriate way;Some teachers fail to mobilize students'enthusiasm when organizing students to experience the situation,and sometimes they are a little hasty in the teaching process,so students fail to fully experience the situation and experiential teaching becomes a mere formality.Some teachers feedback and sublimation of students' experience are not in place and lack objectivity.These problems,make the high school ideological and political lesson experience teaching implementation of the effect of a big discount.In view of the above problems,the article elaborates the specific reasons,mainly including teachers and students two aspects.As far as teachers themselves are concerned,some teachers do not pay enough attention to experiential teaching and lack the enthusiasm and initiative of learning experiential teaching related theories.Moreover,when implementing experiential teaching in ideological and political courses,the classroom organization ability and educational wit are slightly insufficient.As far as students are concerned,experiential teaching has relatively high requirements on students.However,some high school students have a narrow scope of knowledge,lack of certain life experience,and have little time and opportunity to participate in extracurricular practical activities,which greatly increases the difficulty for ideological and political teachers to implement experiential teaching.In order to optimize the experiential teaching of senior high school ideological and political courses,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the organizers of teachers' class,involving three different teaching stages:before class,during class and after class.Before class,ideological and political teachers need to timely learn the latest educational and teaching concepts,understand the relevant theories of experiential teaching,improve their educational and teaching skills in many ways,improve their personal accomplishment,and make preparations for the implementation of experiential teaching.Tutorial,the thought political lesson teacher to hold good teaching rhythm,elaborate establishment situation,lead the students into experience-problems setting up the right,sparking interest in students experience,reasonable arrangement of time,to guide the students comprehension-timely summary,make students internalize experience,interlocking,to ensure that the experience type teaching obtains the actual effect;After class,ideological and political teachers also need to obtain after-class feedback from multiple channels,write teaching notes,constantly summarize and reflect,and improve their ability to implement experiential teaching.
