Career decision-making is an individual's cognition of the situation and requirements of the external world,and according to its own characteristics,it ultimately determines the course of development of the career direction to be chosen.This process involves not only students'cognition of occupation and their own occupation,but also career choice intentionality.Career decision making is one of the most important decisions in a person's life.Career decision making is related to the future career development of vocational college students.This study randomly selected 1390 vocational college students in a higher vocational college in Nantong to investigate and analyze the questionnaire on the difficulty of decision-making difficulty of college students by Li Na,and made an intervention plan according to the results of the investigation.The scheme is based on the status of the investigation,and then through career planning teachers,mental health education teachers and employment.The training programs rearranged by practical instructors,etc.,are changed from the reality of students to the form of group counseling courses.A total of 9 group courses were conducted for 2 months.Trainers are guided by mental health teachers,and researchers as observers are recorded and tracked throughout.After each group,students were asked to feedback their group feelings.After the end of all group counseling,they were tested again after career decision making.No intervention was done in the control group.The following results are obtained:(1)the level of career decision-making difficulty of vocational college students is not high,which belongs to the middle level,and the problem of emotional discomfort is prominent.(2)higher vocational students' career decision-making difficulties are significantly different in whether they serve as class leaders.(3)there is no significant difference in gender,school system,specialty,grade and source place,but there are differences among groups in the specific dimension.(4)Vocational College Students' career decision-making difficulties can be significantly improved through targeted group counseling training,significantly better than not training state,and significantly better than the control group's career decision-making difficulties.In view of the research results,this paper puts forward the targeted education proposals and prospects for the future research.From the individual,family,school and social levels,the researchers put forward the focus on the focus of professional psychological health,reform the career education model,according to the professional practice,specific guidance on the three aspects of specific suggestions,and put forward not.To study the aspects that can be concerned.
