| Subjectivity refers to the functional characteristics of a person who is the subject of activity when interacting with the object.This kind of characteristic is mainly manifested in initiative,autonomy,and creativity,which is the core of people’s all-round development.Subjective education aims at the development of students’subjectivity and value pursuit,and fully respects the subjective position of students.Subjective education is an educational concept that allows students to become the main body of participation and to be able to learn independently and develop independently.Under the background of "new era",the development of tourism has gradually accelerated,the intensity of higher education reform has gradually strengthened,and the demand for high-quality tourism talents in tourism has been increasing.As the main exporter of high-quality tourism talents,undergraduate colleges have an unshirkable responsibility and obligation to cultivate students’subjectivity and make students develop in an all-round way.The importance of the subjective training of undergraduates in tourism management is gradually emerging.Observing the undergraduates of tourism management in colleges and universities passive learning" "The lack of student status" is serious,and the topic is proposed.This paper hopes to promote the cultivation of the comprehensive ability of tourism management students through the research on the cultivation of the undergraduates of tourism management,and cultivate outstanding independent,dynamic and innovative talents.Let students not only learn independently,but also develop themselves,have the ability to constantly improve themselves,and courageously face the increasingly challenging global challenges.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part of the introduction mainly describes the research background,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,the research content and methods,and the innovation points of the undergraduate students.The second part is a literature review of subjective training at home and abroad.The third part introduces the related concepts of subjectivity,student subjectivity and its characteristics,subjective education,as well as subjective education with Marx’s humanistic theory,metacognitive theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,and humanistic learning theory.Based on constructivist learning theory and lifelong learning theory.The fourth part designs the questionnaire on the status quo of the subjective development of undergraduates in tourism management according to the three characteristics of autonomy.initiative and creativity of subjectivity.Through the spss statistical analysis software,the reliability test and validity test of the undergraduate subject questionnaire of tourism management were carried out.Questionnaire surveys were conducted among the undergraduate students of tourism management in Liaoning Province by issuing questionnaires to clarify the development status of students’ lack of subjective training.The fifth part summarizes the reasons for the lack of subjective training for undergraduate students in tourism management through interviews with students and teachers.In terms of curriculum setting,it pays too much attention to theoretical study,neglects the cultivation of practical operation ability,and the students have no choice in the arrangement of internship courses,and they do not meet the diversified needs of students to make changes.In the teaching process,the teacher ignores the student’s dominant position in the classroom,and rarely uses the activity in the classroom to mobilize the students’enthusiasm for learning and stimulate students’ interest in learning.In terms of teaching mode,the traditional teaching mode based on teacher teaching ignores the development of students’ subjectivity.In terms of teaching evaluation,the evaluation and screening function of evaluation are over-emphasized.In the sixth part,from the four aspects of curriculum setting,teaching process,teaching mode and teaching evaluation,the author proposes the main body training of tourism management undergraduates.The seventh part is the deficiency and outlook. |
