Research On The Construction Of Orienteering Course Teaching Mode In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of "In-class Integration"

With the rapid development of our society,our country has been the cause of education reform and innovation,colleges and universities sports as an important part of education,to establish "health first,lifelong sports" sports teaching ideas,cultivate college students’ strong sports consciousness,strengthen students’ physique,improve college students’ physical health,develop a positive attitude to life is the main task of the university sports education.In order to promote the comprehensive development of modern college students and the realistic needs of the current society,improve the social adaptability of current college students,and research and improve the existing college physical education model,in order to contribute to the rapid development of college physical education in our country.This study using the method of documentary,expert interview,logical analysis and inductive deductive method and other methods of sports teaching mode and the meaning of "integration of class inside and outside the" sports teaching model summarized definition,study the related research status at home and abroad were summarized,the "integration of class inside and outside the" sports teaching model support carries on the discussion and analysis,the theory of directional cross-country course in colleges and universities teaching mode of "class inside and outside integration" rational reconstruction.In view of the framework of "integration of inside and outside class" teaching mode of orienteering off-road courses in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to improve the material guarantee,system guarantee and teacher guarantee of teaching mode operation.This study is divided into six parts.The first part: introduction.This part mainly elaborated this research background,the research goal and the significance;The meaning of physical education teaching mode and "integration of inside and outside class" is analyzed.This paper summarizes the current situation of orienteering off-road physical education in colleges and universities at home and abroad,the research status of "integration of in-class and out-class" physical education teaching mode,and the implementation status of "integration of in-class and out-class" teaching mode in orienteering off-road physical education in colleges and universities.The second part: research object and method.The research object of "integration of inside and outside class" teaching mode of orienteering off-road courses in colleges and universities is established,and the research method to be adopted in this study is also proposed.The third part: the feasibility analysis of constructing the teaching mode of "integration of inside and outside class" of orienteering course.This part mainly demonstrates the feasibility of constructing the "integration of inside and outside class" teaching mode of orienteering course in colleges and universities from three aspects: the physical education teaching mode of "integration of inside and outside class",the policy support and the advantages of orienteering course itself.The four part: construct the teaching mode of "integration of inside and outside class" of orienteering course.This part mainly reconstructs the four aspects of teaching thought,teaching objective,teaching content and organizational form,and teaching evaluation,and then completes the construction of the teaching mode of "in-class integration" of orienteering off-road courses in colleges and universities.The fifth part: Conclusions and Suggestions.This part mainly is carries on the elaboration to the research conclusion and the suggestion.Research results: lengthening students’ physical exercise time is the goal of physical education reform,the physical education curriculum of two academic years in colleges and universities is not conducive to students’ lifelong physical education,and the study of relevant theories before class is conducive to the understanding and mastery of classroom learning content.Suggestions: improve the school curriculum system;Improve the school teaching software configuration;To formulate and improve the system of remuneration for teachers;Teachers are required to have high professional quality.
