With the development of education reform, higher vocational colleges are affirmed fully by its its own unique speciality provision, and the number of students and school size are Expanding now. The Physical Education Curriculum in higher vocational colleges is an Important part of Round development of quality education, and it is also the highest level and the final stage for students to accept physical education, so it plays an important part on the cohesion between school physical education and lifelong physical education. As a new sport item, orienteering is popular with students and teachers by its own natural characteristics and the diversity of organizational forms. Orienteering not only improves the physical quality of the students, but also trains them good Subjective initiative, so it plays an active role in improving the overall quality of students.According to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, this paper uses literature, expert interviews, experiment and survey research methods, etc., in the study on the Feasibility of Orienteering Curriculum in higher vocational colleges. It researches on the aspects of the value and the Feasibility of Orienteering Curriculum in higher vocational colleges theoretically. Based on experiments, it mainly compares and analyses the impact of Orienteering Curriculum on learning attitude, will, body shape, physical function and physical impact of students.According to this paper, the conclusion can be obtained:1. Orienteering Curriculum plays an positive part in the understanding of students'Physical behavior and behavioral intention, the assessment of learning results, and emotional experience, so it can improve the attitude of students to exercise, so as to ensure the smooth completion of teaching objectives.2.Through practice, orienteering course not only enriches students'experience of life and enhances their social adaptation, but also trains the students perseverance, resolute will of the quality of wit.3.Through the learning of the orienteering course, despite little effect on the body shape, students'physical function and physical fitness are greatly improved.4.Orienteering in colleges promotes greatly the team working consciousness of students.5.Orienteering in higher vocational colleges not only effectively makes use of internal and external resources of college and relieves pressure of Inadequate facilities in colleges, but also expands the time and space of Physical Education Curriculum, and promotes the diversification of the reform of Physical Education Curriculum in higher vocational colleges, so it meets the development trend of the physical education curriculum reform.Orienteering combines people's physical strength and Intelligence. The method of its Organization is Flexible and Manifold. It can not only enhance the physical quality, but also improve the field survival; and it can also cultivate and train a person's determination, courage and indomitable will. These are similar to the Club Field Development which is very popular now. Therefore, this research is aimed to provide some theoretical guidance on designing to orienteering which is carried out in various vocational colleges.
