Talents cultivation of colleges and universities is a systematic project.The coordinated development of the knowledge,ability and quality of high-level talent,relying on collaborative work all aspects,especially on the integration of the first classroom and the second classroom.However the current implementation status of the first class and the second class integrate education in our country is not optimistic,there is a gap between the first class and the second class teaching.Many colleges and universities have not really formed the two classrooms integrated education,many problems need to be solved and improved.At present,the “Student-centered” education concept is being vigorously advocated and promoted by colleges and universities,in order to put this idea into practice and improve the effectiveness of education,we must integrate the two major classes together to educate people.The first class is the basic organization of college education,the second classroom is also an indispensable channel for college education.As the two part of the university personnel training system,the first classroom and the second classroom has a strong complementarity.Two big classroom around the education for integration can better achieve the goal of personnel training,so the integrate education of the two classroom is practical necessity.At present,many colleges and universities in our country have paid much attention to the education of the two major classes,and have carried on some exploration,however,there still exist many problems,such as two big classroom are not overall planning,the relevant departments linkage is not enough,the lack of security mechanism,and the effectiveness of education is not obvious.It needs focus on improving the concept,organization,mechanism and specific aspects of the work to solve.We can learn from the experience of service learning in American colleges and universities.Service Learning in the United States focuses on the combination of internal and external,theoretical and practical training,highlighting the students' learning subjectivity and has formed the training mode of talents to ensure the full development of students.It can provide useful reference for the integration of education in the two major classes in universities and colleges of China.In order to strengthen the integration of the two classroom education,China's colleges and universities need to adhere to the “Student-centered” education concept to build a large education system,and do a good job in six aspects accordingly: adhere to the “Student-centered” education concept,pay attention to the main role of students;overall planning two big classroom and build a large education system;integrate educational content and develop integrated talent training scheme;integrate the process of education,establish overall talent cultivation channels;integrating the relevant aspects,form the linkage of talents cultivation;strengthen the mechanism construction,establish a integrative education system security.to strengthen the construction of the relevant mechanism and provide a strong institutional guarantee for the integration of education in the two major classes.
