In 2012,China officially promulgated the "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(Trial)",which means that the state has put forward basic requirements for the professional literacy of qualified preschool teachers,and also pointed out the direction for the professional development of preschool teachers themselves.With the continuous improvement of the requirements for education quality and the real needs of the construction of high-quality teachers,the requirements for teachers' professional quality have exceeded the basic level of qualification.In 2014,the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Excellent Teacher Training Plan" was officially promulgated.In2018,the Ministry of Education even issued "Opinions on the Implementation of Excellent Teacher Training Plan 2.0",further pointing out that vigorously improving the quality of teachers and promoting the training of excellent teachers have become the most core and urgent task in the reform and development of teacher education in our country.As the main direction of current preschool teacher training,excellent preschool teachers,the mainstay of the quality assurance of preschool teacher team play an important role in the long-term development of the whole early childhood education.How to advance into an excellent preschool teacher? What kind of professional qualities should a great preschool teacher have? This is the research purpose of this article,to build a scientific and reasonable preschool teacher professional literacy system,and guide ordinary preschool teachers to grow and develop to excellence.Many experts and scholars' research on the professional qualities of excellent teachers and excellent preschool teachers shows that they have their own views and standards on what kind of teachers are excellent teachers,but most of them discuss the characteristics that excellent teachers should possess from their own perspectives,and lack systematic analysis and demonstration of their "natural state characteristics".This thesis analyzes the relevant research results of different experts and scholars,the relevant policy documents that have been issued in China,and the professional literacy requirements of excellent preschool teachers in relevant professional standards for teachers in China,the United Kingdom,the United States,Australia,and New Zealand.On the basis of this viewpoint,the construction of the "professional literacy system forexcellent preschool teachers" is proposed,and discusses the professional qualities that ordinary kindergarten teachers should possess to become excellent kindergarten teachers.In theory,this paper enriches the theoretical research on the professional accomplishment of excellent preschool teachers.In practice,it tries to provide reference basis for qualified kindergarten teachers to make excellent development.The dissertation first attempts to construct a professional literacy system for excellent preschool teachers.Establish a first-level dimension based on the research on the professional literacy structure of excellent teachers and excellent early childhood teachers.Based on the established dimensions,discuss the three-level specific connotations under the dimensions of theoretical research,system specifications,and constant standards;integrate the specific connotations,Summarize the secondary indicators and embed them under the primary dimension,and then initially build a professional literacy system for excellent preschool teachers.Secondly,the Delphi method was used to modify and establish the initially constructed system.Through three rounds of expert consultation,necessary entries were retained,non-standard entries were modified,invalid entries were eliminated,missing entries were added,and a scientific and reasonable literacy system was established.Then,select five “excellent preschool teachers” in practice,transform and supplement related issues according to the key points of the secondary indicators in the established system,form an interview outline,and use semi-structured interview methods to conduct in-depth interviews with frontline preschool preschool teachers,And then practical interpretation and verification of the existing system content.Finally,considering that the construction of the existing professional literacy system is based on the integration of the excellence of preschool teachers on the basis of the qualifications of qualified preschool teachers and the characteristics of excellence,the lack of focus on "excellence",and then condensing its core characteristics.At the same time,it puts forward corresponding suggestions for promoting the transformation of qualified preschool teachers to excellence,that is,the promotion of the professional competence of preschool teachers.
