Research On Subjective Consciousness Of Specialty Construction In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education is an important type of education in China.Higher vocational colleges are important carriers of higher vocational education.Among them,specialty is the soul of higher vocational colleges.Specialty construction and development have always been the top priority of higher vocational colleges.Experts and scholars have also launched many explorations around specialty construction,such as the study on curriculum,teaching materials,teachers,students and the construction of training base.However,the above research is more about what is included in the specialty construction work and what should be done in the specialty construction,there is no research on the subjective willingness and ability of people involved in these works to do a good job.This research starts from the subjective consciousness of the main body of specialty construction,and tries to study how well the main body can do the work.It is an important innovation of this paper to study the specialty construction of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of subject consciousness.The subject consciousness of specialty construction is the basic power to promote the practice and development of specialty construction.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the attention and research on the subject consciousness of specialty construction.The main body of the specialty construction of higher vocational colleges includes all the people who participate in the specialty construction work.The specialty leader is the important promoter and main decision-maker of the professional construction work,and he has the most influence in the specialty construction line.Therefore,the research object is the specialty leader of higher vocational colleges,and the specific research content is the subject consciousness of the specialty leader.In the existing literature,there is a lack of research on the subject consciousness of specialty construction.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept of subject consciousness into the practice of specialty construction by studying the specialty construction and subject consciousness respectively,puts forward the three dimensions of subject consciousness of specialty construction,that is,the consciousness of independent construction,the consciousness of subject responsibility and the consciousness of specialty development,and determines the internal elements of each dimension,in which the consciousness of independent construction includes routine construction,concrete construction and essential construction.The consciousness of subject responsibility includes problem consciousness,execution consciousness and team cooperation consciousness;the consciousness of specialty development includes strategy consciousness,innovation consciousness and goal consciousness.Then according to this design interview outline,in the form of interview to explore the status quo of the subject consciousness level of the specialty leader in higher vocational colleges,through the investigation and analysis,we can see that the subject consciousness level of the specialty leader presents three levels in different dimensions: low,medium and high.The subject consciousness level is a combination of different dimension levels,and the subject consciousness of the specialty leader should be comprehensively evaluated.Finally,according to the current situation of the subject consciousness level of the specialty leader,the paper summarizes and reflects the problems,and puts forward the strategies and suggestions to improve the subject consciousness level of the specialty leader from the aspects of self-improvement,work incentive and resource support.
