With the rapid development of higher vocational education,more and more scholars in China pay close attention to the curriculum system construction of working process in the higher vocational colleges.The study on working process oriented curriculum system is of great significance for higher vocational colleges to cultivate killed talents.During vigorously developing of vocational education,personnel training mode,curriculum reform and innovation become the primary task of the construction of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.Some viewpoints,such as,"task-guiding and project driving " open up a new dimension and field of the higher vocational education curriculum reform,which more successfully solve the difficult problems of reforms of vocational education curriculums and professional talents training,and show negation and criticism of curriculum teaching used for many years.Therefore,how to find a reasonable teaching mode and curriculum provision in the process of higher vocational education,which can effectively improve professional qualities and skills of students and combine working logic with educational logic organically,is an important issue of higher vocational colleges.Marketing is a intensive industry on account of the large span of knowledge and technology.Because of this characteristic,the talents who engage in marketing have to be of not only a comprehensive professional knowledge and skills,but also the strong vocational abilities.Through the demand analysis on vocational abilities and job skills of marketing talents,paying more attention to cultivate the method ability and sociability of students as well as more strengthen their theoretical knowledge learning and technical skills training,so as to construct marketing professional curriculum system which can effectively meet the needs of the enterprises and society to enhance the quality of talent development.In research directions,Based on the research of related literature,reference to research results of others and combination with the actual teaching situation,this paper conducts comprehensive and in-depth study on the marketing professional curriculum system and reform ideas,and puts forward the effective path of constructing marketing professional curriculum system in higher vocational colleges.With a case study of the marketing major of Hunan petrochemical vocational and technical college and actual needs of enterprises,constructs the characteristic curriculum system based on working process orientation.In the process of research,first of all,on the basis of analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the theoretical framework of constructing working process oriented courses and defines the relevant concepts and theories.Secondly,on the basis of fully considering the characteristics of marketing major and with cases study of marketing major of higher vocational colleges in Hunan,this paper has surveyed the understanding of current situation of marketing professional curriculum setting of college students,staffs and enterprises,as well as the basic demands of enterprises on professional quality of marketing talents through investigation in many higher vocational colleges and 20 enterprises.Meanwhile,for the problems in marketing professional curriculum setting and the actual situation of the students,this paper sums up the effects and difficulties of marketing major work process-oriented curriculum development and design with methods of interview,discussion and investigation,data statistics,charts analysis and so on.Furthermore,the efficient path of the development of marketing professional curriculum system and how to establish its basic framework based on working process orientation are raised.From the development trend of marketing major in higher vocational education,constructing marketing professional curriculum system based on the working process orientation,is the embodiment of the education characteristics of marketing major,and the core of realizing the talents training goal of marketing major of vocational colleges,as well as the good reference and enlightenment to constructing other professional curriculum system.This paper suggests that construction of marketing professional curriculum system with working process orientation is not only one of important features of higher vocational education,but also a key link in conveying skilled talents to the enterprises,so as to make the integration of teaching,learning and practice throughout the curriculum system,and break through the constraint of old subject system to cultivate more practical ability of students and how to implement teaching reforms.
