Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Professional Career Management Of Sports Teachers In Colleges And Universities

Since the reform and opening up,national education has developed rapidly.Universities and colleges have sent a batch of talents to the country.College education in our country has made remarkable achievements in the process of development.At the same time,college education is faced with many problems.Because of the short development time and lack of experience of the development of higher education in our country,In the process of running a school,colleges and universities are faced with problems such as the management of teachers' career in mature period,the problem of brain drain,the problem of educational reform,the unreasonable distribution of human resources,and so on.The most prominent problem is the allocation of teachers' resources and the management of PE teachers' career in mature period.College teachers as the backbone of the sustainable development of colleges and universities,The growth and development of colleges and universities to a large extent depends on the allocation of human resources in colleges and universities.Since the last century,the management of teachers' career has been widely used and paid attention to by the major universities,but there are few researches on the management of the professional career of physical education teachers in the mature period.Colleges and universities should solve the problems of the professional career development and the strategic goals of colleges and universities in the mature period,and fully arouse the enthusiasm of physical education teachers,which plays an important role in improving the teaching quality of colleges and universities.Therefore,colleges and universities must realize the importance of professional career management in the mature period of physical education teachers to their own development.This paper collects data by referring to relevant literature,using literature method,narrative research method,investigation research method and statistical analysis method.Firstly,this paper discusses the concept of career management of college physical education teachers,expounds the utility and influencing factors ofcareer management of college physical education teachers,discusses the current situation and existing problems of career management of college physical education teachers,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Secondly,this paper constructs the professional career management system of college physical education teachers according to the design principles,design points and specific countermeasures of the professional career management of college physical education teachers.Finally,through the research on the career management of college physical education teachers,this paper hopes to provide effective reference for the career management of college physical education teachers.
