The purpose of this study is to explore the role of mental health curriculum in improving the peer communication ability of senior high school students through a series of mental health courses to intervene in peer communication ability of senior high school students.First of all,through Wu Qingxiang compiled Classmate Relationship Test questionnaire to make out the relationship between students and confusion in the process of communication.In order to design the curriculum more targeted,12 high school students from a key middle school in Shenyang,Liaoning Province,were selected as the subjects,and two classes with the same number and structure were randomly selected as the subjects in this study,which were divided into experimental group and control group,and the two classes were divided into experimental group and control group.At the same time,ensure that there is no significant difference in peer communication between the two classes.Eight psychological intervention courses of peer interaction were carried out for the students in class 6 of the experimental group.In the course design,they mainly focused on the four aspects of conversation,communication and making friends,treating people and dealing with other people,and heterosexual communication.After 8 courses,in order to measure the effect of the intervention course,the students of Class 6 and Class 3 of the experimental group were tested again with the questionnaire of Classmate Relationship Test.The data of the pretest and post-test of the six classes of the experimental group and the third class of the control group were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0.The results of data analysis show that after the intervention of mental health course,the peer communication ability of the six class high school students in the experimental group.The force has been significantly improved.The conclusion of this study is that this mental health intervention course can effectively help high school students to improve the ability of peer communication,enhance the skills of interpersonal communication,build a sound personality,and promote the social development of students.
