Students with learning difficulties refer to those who have normal intelligence but temporarily lag behind in their performance.Due to their bad study habits,as well as the influence from their families and schools,these students cannot give full play to their own level and get proper marks in their study.Students with learning difficulties are a common phenomenon all over the world.Today's education advocates quality education,which requires education to be geared to all students.Teachers' professional ethics also require teachers to pay attention to every student and help them solve the difficulties they meet in learning.Scholars all over the world have done a lot of research on students with learning difficulties from the aspects of medicine,psychology,pedagogy,sociology and so on.Causes of learning difficulties can be divided into internal and external factors.Internal factors refer to students' lack of interest in learning,inappropriate learning methods,weak motivation,weak willpower and other factors.External factors include family and teachers.These factors lead to low learning efficiency and lack of learning confidence of students with learning difficulties.Experiments have proved that taking certain measures can help students with learning difficulties to change the current situation.This provides a theoretical basis for the study.However,most of the students with learning difficulties in the existing studies are from urban or rural areas,and little attention has been paid to the students with learning difficulties in the fringe of urban and rural areas.Yingkou no.27 middle school,where the author works,is located in the fringe of urban and rural areas,where there are migrant workers,divorced families,and left-behind elderly and children.Students in this area,due to the complex family conditions,are more likely to be affected by the families and have difficulties in learning.In order to help these students get rid of the learning difficulties,the author conducted this study.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this study took the students with learning difficulties in 6 parallel classes of grade 7 in 2020 as the research object and conducted a one-year study.Questionnaires were designed to investigate students with learning difficulties from the aspects of learning interest,learning motivation,learning methods,willpower,family factors and teacher factors.Interviews were conducted with the biology teacher,the teacher in charge,and representatives of students with learning difficulties.Based on the above results,the causes of students with learning difficulties were analyzed.This paper puts forward transformation strategies from the aspects of teachers,students with learning difficulties and parents,and takes the three classes as the experimental classes for practice.Practice has proved that the use of appropriate transformation strategies can change the learning difficulties of students with learning difficulties.The author hopes that through this research,the society and the peer educators will pay attention to such a special group and play a role in the transformation of students with learning difficulties.
