| In recent years,more and more school bullying incidents are presented to the public through online media.School bullying is so bad and serious that many people deeply worry about the healthy growth of teenagers.These are just some of the more serious cases that have come to light,and there are also many more cases of school bullying that have gone unnoticed.It is extremely urgent to carry out active and effective prevention and intervention work.But in fact,China lags behind in the effective prevention and intervention practice of school bullying,far less than the United States and other countries which the actual situation of school bullying more serious than China.New Jersey has the most stringent prevention and intervention strategies of school bullying.From laws and regulations to campus configuration,it has formed a perfect system to protect students and solve the problem of school bullying,and has achieved remarkable results.The overall incidence of school bullying is on the decline.This study first reviews the anti-bullying legislation process in New Jersey,and introduces the legal guarantee and policy text support of the prevention and intervention of school bullying in New Jersey as a whole.Then,this study analyzes the major prevention and intervention measures taken in New Jersey concretely.In terms of prevention,New Jersey state government provides macroscopic support and guarantee.Schools prevent school bullying through professional institutions,high-quality personnel,establishment of a positive school atmosphere and information disclosure.The prevention strategies at the family level are more subtle and more specific.On the issue of intervention,New Jersey has established standardized reporting and investigation procedures and adopted targeted remedial measures.Through analysis and comparison,this study summarized the main characteristics of the prevention and intervention strategies of school bullying in New Jersey,that is,the comprehensive policy system guarantee,the cooperation and participation of various social forces,the professional support for effective prevention interventions,the effective prevention and remediation are both important.Finally,by reflecting on the current deficiencies in the prevention and intervention of school bullying in China,and drawing on the successful experience of New Jersey,this study proposes solutions to the prevention and intervention of school bullying in China.The significant measures include improving special laws and regulations on anti-bullying,forming joint efforts to prevent and intervene school bullying,providing professional support for prevention and intervention,and focusing on effective prevention and timely intervention. |
