A Practical Study On The Involvement Of Group Work In The Improvement Of Backbone Leadership Ability Of Community Literature And Art Team

In 2018,the Ministry of Civil Affairs put forward a path to the development of community social organizations based on meeting the needs of the masses,encouraging support as the focus,and promoting the capacity as the basis,"the opinions on vigorously cultivating and developing community-based social organizations were put forward in the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2018." Community social organizations once became the focus of community and social workers.Based on the current national and social support and cultivation of community social organizations,under the guidance of the concept of "helping others and self-help" in social work,this research applies the technique of group social work.Explore a new way to improve the backbone leadership ability of community literature and art team.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Bandura's social learning theory and group dynamics theory,the research aims at improving the leadership ability of the backbone of community literature and art team,using literature method,observation method,interview method,and so on.As a data collection method,the scale method investigates the current situation of the leadership ability of the target community,analyzes the demand,defines the target of the activity,and selects the target of the service to carry out six activities.Finally,the evaluation of the activities carried out,acceptance of the effectiveness of the team's activities.Through this study,the author draws the following conclusions: the working methods of the group activities can make the team members master certain communication,coordination and organization skills,improve the leadership ability of the team members,and at the same time promote the leadership consciousness of the group members.To enhance the experience of leadership learning,through analyzing the effectiveness and shortcomings of group activities,we can reflect on the activities,and hope to put forward feasible suggestions on the improvement of the backbone ability of the group activities.
