present,human society has entered the digital age,science and technology and productivity are developing rapidly.The existing education model can no longer meet the needs of social development.It is impossible for modern society to train the innovative talents required for each position in time,and it is necessary to cultivate high quality.Highly capable talents maintain the rapid development of society.As the cradle of different talents to cultivate social needs,colleges and universities are more advanced and open-minded,and foreign exchanges are more active and broad.At the same time,they are more likely to accept new things,and it is easier to implement education reforms and school sports reforms.Modern education reform pays more and more attention to the development of individual students,emphasizing student-centered,teacher-led,changing the "cramming" teaching,avoiding students continuing to appear good students "eat not enough",poor students "not eating well" and other issues.Asynchronous teaching is a leader who has a clear teaching goal,is planned,organized,and learns as the master and teacher for students.It can organically teach the three guiding forms of teachers and the five learning forms of students.In a teaching process,the teacher's "five-step guidance" is closely combined with the student's "six-step learning".Based on the individual learning of the students,the teaching conditions are fully utilized,and the students are organized according to the specific learning conditions of the students.All internal and external teaching activities,through the cultivation of students' self-learning ability,innovative ability,independent education ability and independent fitness ability,achieve the purpose of high efficiency,large-scale improvement of teaching quality,and the teaching effect can be timely feedback of modern personalized teaching methods.The generation of asynchronous teaching method can meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform to a certain extent,and at the same time meet the goal of quality education required by modern society.In this paper,using literature method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method,60 male students in the badminton elective course of Wuhan Business School were randomly selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group adopted asynchronous In the teaching method,the control group was taught by the conventional teaching method.Before the experiment,the data of the two groups of students did not differ significantly,and they were basically at the same level.Through teaching experiments,we explored the differences between the asynchronous teaching method and the conventional teaching method in improving the students' physical quality,badminton sports quality and badminton sports skills in the teaching process,and analyzing the asynchronous teaching method compared with the conventional teaching method.The teaching advantage,improve the students' teaching achievements and the quality of badminton teaching provide reference for other related research.Through the data comparison and analysis of the test scores after the experiment,it can be found that the students in the experimental group have significant differences with the students in the control group in various test indicators,which are as follows:(1)The asynchronous teaching method is more than the conventional teaching method.It can effectively improve the physical quality of students such as 50 meters,standing long jump,etc.,and also greatly promotes the test score of 1000 meters;(2)Asynchronous teaching method can promote students' enthusiasm and initiative,increase the number and intensity of students' practice,and promote Students' self-exploration and problem-solving awareness and ability,in order to increase the mastery and familiarity of the ball sense,improve their own badminton sports quality;(3)asynchronous teaching method can help students build self-awareness and the ability to think and solve problems independently At the same time,it helps students to set goals,and to achieve self-learning in order to achieve goals,to help students develop healthy exercise habits,and to improve students' ability to master and use sports skills through continuous self-training.(4)The asynchronous teaching method can help students to clear their learning goals,improve their cognition of badminton,and raise their interest in badminton,thus increasing their interest in badminton learning.Through data comparison,it can be found that the students in the experimental class are superior to the control group in all the test indicators.It can be seen that it is feasible and more effective to implement the asynchronous teaching method in the badminton elective course of ordinary colleges and universities.
